Yeah, more than disable the useless Game Mode and this option too: http://image.prntscr.com/image/01e2fa4c2d9c4e46b76995b1407cfca0.png

'cause it won't let you have exlcusive fullscreen mode if active,
I even disabled the "full screen optimizations" in the executable and installed the latest Nvidia drivers, nothing has changed, now the game have some random and heavy stutter every 5-10 seconds...

Jeez microsoft, stop s**tting around with those damn updates! :bang:

Played Witcher 3 yesterday to try game mode, working just fine here.

Both those games work fine, if not better since creators update here

Hello, I tested the game other times, I installed the latest Nvidia Drivers, then the 7.0.0 Beta 20 of RTSS and activated the frame limiter on GTAV.

When the game was started there wasn't any stutter, but a lot of tearing since I forgot to force vsync in the Nvidia drivers... then I quit the game, forced vsync via control panel and start GTAV again.

This time the game was flawless, 0 stutter, just one single dip at 59FPS in 16 minutes of gameplay, but those little dip where present even before.

I thinked that the Beta 20 of RTSS fixed the problem and I was happy.

Than later I started the game again with same settings and... the stutter appear again. So I tried to disable the Nvidia vsync with only RTSS enabled and 0 stuttering again, only tearing.

I enabled the ingame vsync and stutter again. So at this point seems that the vsync don't work very well on GTA V anymore.

The strange thing is that I got the game runs perfectly that one single time, since then I tried more times, even at fresh start but nothing, I got stuttering with vsync.

I really don't know what to do, if this situation make any sense to you I would like to have any advice, maybe you know what is happening.

    Thanks :)

Make it runs like butter, you know, cause GTAV have problems with vsync only to get stable framerate.

This was the only way to get perfect 60fps with stable image on GTAV, now, with CU, doesn't work anymore.

    Any help? Thanks.
