There's no need to change I/O voltage when using standard 100Mhz BCLK frequency. Keep it at auto settings.

Regarding the CPU cache frequency, my 4790K does 4,2GHz @ 1.19v on a Asus Z97-Pro MOBO.

I get slightly better synthetic benchmarks numbers with uncore @ 4,2GHZ VS. 4,0GHz. Also better memory read and write speeds, but nothing that makes palpable difference at real world gaming.

There is something I do not understand:
why the recommended cache voltage for 24/7 is 1.15v ask this cause my cache stock is 1.18v, that is to say, a stock starts from 1.185v without OC

thanks all, finally i have found 2 stable OC settings
    1- 4.7ghz 1.272vcore 40x cache
    2- 4.8ghz 1.312vcore 40xcache
maybe the second is too much and the cpu will degrade faster...i dont know if i use it.
Anyway I use IXTU to change profiles

Some Haswell at least from my experience, has too much vCore by default. My 4790k does 4.5Ghz with -0.070v Adaptive CPU Vcore (1.21V and 1.25 for AVX).
Probably if you set it to 1.15V to the cache will be stable.

BTW: 4.8Ghz with 1.31V is pretty good :) up to 1.35v is safe on air acording to Intel, but in my opinion stay at the minimum vcore possible. From 4.6Ghz to 4.8Ghz there is a big step on vcore but the performance increase is minimum

very interesting, i forget to say that another stable adjustment that can i achieve is 4.6ghz at 1.225vcore
