What is going on with sapphire and newegg?

    Great price although I would not get it.
    Its older architecture and a power hog, also, 4GB is too little for today's high end gaming.
    Even at only 2560x1080 I have games pushing 6.5gb of VRAM usage.

    Anyone looking to get a new GPU soon should wait just a bit more to see what's around the corner.

    Yeah but everyone was saying fury priced to ghigh but i found this one. Good price vs performance but with amd release around the corner i would wait. Never know.

    Not everyone is concerned with push MAX 8XAA and ULTRA textures everywhere.

    I have 2560x1080 and play alot of games at 1440 downsampling.

    Even BF1 doesnt max out the 4GB at 2560x1080 on ultra. Its around 3.7gb avg.
    Some games will use more if you have more available.


    I bought one, but not from the egg.
    It was off ebay, but purchased from newgg. It was still unopened. Paid $248 shipped.

    Its completely worth getting one IMHO.
    I dont regret getting it and I was on a 290x.

    Good to know. I am waiting to see what the new cards can do then decide what to upgrade to then.
