Hi there guys I've just got the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 G1 GAMING Can anyone tell me how to set the RGB lighting to Colour WHITE Gigabyte SAYS: With a total of 16.8M customizable colour options and numerous lighting effects, you can now choose the right scheme for your gaming rig, this can be done quick and easily through XTREME Engine utility. Ive even put these codes in: 255,255,255 #FFFFFF Apart from this Iam very happy with the card Can anyone help?? Regards Steve
What is your actual gaming boost clock? I think pure white is not easy to get. Try setting purple and see what color you actually get.
I've just set mine to the rgb and it looks white to me, but then at moment I'm looking down onto it from the top of the case and can't look straight on yet. That said I had to download the latest version of xtreme gaming to get the led to work.
You need to download the specific gigabyte utility http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5916#utility In my case it works . I just select white in the color spectrum.
It worked for me when I had my G1 1080. I just had to enter the code manually since white wasn't selectable and there was some kind of catch, like I had to type in the color code, hit enter, click outside the box then apply or something. There is a trick to it but it works. Oh yeah and as a bonus point: If you're like me and prefer to use AB and not the Gigabyte utility, once you set the color the card remembers it. Even if you uninstall the software or don't set it to startup with Windows.
