I've run into a strange issue recently. I've noticed that my MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X has stopped going to boost clock, and just sitting at default clock (1607 default). When, I reboot my computer, the issue goes away, and the card will boost to 2015mhz again. However, after leaving my computer on for 24hrs+, the issue comes back and the card will again refuse to boost. Any ideas why this is happening?

Running 368.39, optimal power in power management mode. I've also tried prefer maximum performance, but then my card just idles at 1607 instead of downclocking to 253 when idle.

Installed 368.81, going to see if it's still an issue 24 hrs from now

Is your msi 1070 boosting to 2015mhz out the box not overclocking what so ever?
    Wow lucky chip!

It boosts to 2015mhz with 126% power target and 92*C temp target, no change to +core clock.

Use EVGA precision XOC, or MSI Afterburner to reset your power limit% prior to starting any games.
