Wowowow wait... you mean this game supports more than 4 Threads?

Flickering does not even begin to describe this!

And this recorded video has LESS flickering than whats happening on the monitor!

But yeah... DX12, R9-290 3930k@4.3ghz mostly High settings 70-90 FPS

What resolution scale are you running? I can't believe this is on a single 270x when my 7950 runs at 60-70fps on medium settings at 1080p 42% scale.

    Yes , it sounds too good for a 270x though , it seems like it's a 290 :) .

No flickering after new driver update (atleast i didnt noticed any). It plays nice, didnt see any performance boost but game is smooth, no suttering.

    My final preset :

Also the 50% Scale is 100% res. used
100% scale is 2x Super Sampled resolution (like in Ryse)
So don't go beyond that, also the DX12 runing well but sometimes crashes badly (not ready IMO) so for full OK gaming experience DX11 is a way to Go.

    42% scale is 100% resolution :)

They've changed it from 4690 to 6600k, who knows why the change.

Still, thats a very high requirements having a Skylake cpu in the minimum.

In a most hilarious twist, playing bf 1 on my 6870 (with minor artifacting) is possible but i am cpu bottlenecked I get 42-35fps with drops to 25 , my guess is that a stock 4690 (about 60%faster than my e5450) isn't enough to sustain a solid 60fps on the intended minimum configuration at least on 64 player servers with dx 11.

The funniest thing is that a 2500k is not ok, while a 6350 is somehow ok. I guess they really are thread limited.

I'd liek to mention that AA Deferred is on by default. You turn it off by going to E:\Documents\Battlefield 1 Open Beta\settings\ and opening PROFSAVE_profile.

    turn GstRender.AntiAliasingDeferred to 0
