These class actions suits are all BS. The lawyers make millions while everyone who bought the product gets peanuts.

Plus if everyone were that pissed about their card they would have returned it and got something else. The reality is the 970 performs just fine and people that file these lawsuits are just looking for a quick buck. The US needs to seriously overhaul their court system because this has become an ever increasing problem here.

 

Can you two take it a notch down? Its always sh*tty to see two regulars fighting over something stupid like this.
