These ain't for older cards, my 780 hates it in W10. Start menu won't open, system wouldn't shut down correctly so got errors on a HD (happened from Startmenu bug I think and 10min is enough time to wait for a restart), Boinc/SETI just crashes on startup.
Back to .81 and it's great again!

These drivers are good for my new GPU, no problems so far.

A bit lower for sure. Time Spy score lower as well.

My Palit 1070 overclocked on older drivers:-

To this with these drivers and the same clocks:-

I want to point out that certain games I tried are running really smooth, (Like the first Mirror's Edge, Alan Wake and Star Wars Battlefront) so I guess if I were to only play Battlefront, I could says these high DPC issues are non existent.

Maybe a broader list of games to test could reveal the real issue. Sometimes, I have the impression certain people are just testing the ONE game they currently play and they conclude: <<It's all broken or it's all fixed!>>

Rock solid, even on my aging machine.
DOOM runs on vulkan, with just about everything maxed @ 100-120fps on foundry level.
Pcars runs also very good, mostly everything on high.

When using OC mode, the clocks go up to a nice 1960mhz.

great drivers for my 1080 on win 98. 3dmark 2001 gained 300 points.

dx diag reports 9001mb vram so I guess i'm all set.

After installing i played Overwatch and the game had some strange stuttering which seemed connected to the UI (if you switch rapidly between gamepad/mouse input it plays a sound and swaps the UI, but it has never caused stuttering for me). It wasn't immediate, I think it was about an hour into my gaming. Then i went to play Assassin's Creed Syndicate and the game would not start, popped up an error saying it could not start.

After rebooting, everything seems to be working. I will post more if it pops up again. I have a 980ti and using Win10 if it matters. I updated to this because i had been getting some strange TDR's when opening Firefox (hw accel was on/off did not make a difference, and it only happened when first opening Firefox). I have not had any TDR's since updating yesterday.

Is it really reporting GPU RAM or some other combination of available RAM?
Mine is reporting 12234MB Approx Total Memory...

My guess would be that it's reporting something like your VRAM + half of your RAM. For reasons unknown. Dxdiag is a program from 90s.
