    Try Bioshock:Infinite.
Graphic engine might not be up to date, but game design and visuals are stunning. Very well made game.

If you're looking for game's with striking visuals, both in design, direction and technical merit... there are a ton of possibilities.

    I will suggest two...

    Alien: Isolation
The game absolutely nails the dirty, run down, low-fi tech look of the original film. And, it's an absolutely gorgeous game to take in. From lighting, to level design, use of color and the smallest details.

    Firewatch
It's like playing a game set in a Pixar film. A bright, vibrant and beautiful art style that makes it engrossing and relaxing.

Well, leaving behind its disastrous launch state, I think AC:Unity its just beautiful, best use of "physically based rendering", the game is not that great.

And if you look something more artistic, take a look at Ori and the Blind Forest, it's like an animated film come alive.

    Batman: Arkham Knight is gorgeous.
And now, after being patched... is much, much more PC friendly.

If you want to specifically enjoy your new monitor DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT get Overwatch. Although it is almost sure GoTY for me it does not support 21:9 monitors. I game on 2560x1080 and it is terribly ironic that ever since I got this monitor I have spent 90% of the gaming time in Overwatch.

Games that I've played recently which looked great are:
    FarCry:primal (+HD Pack)
    The Division
    Just Cause 3
    Witcher 3
    Star Wars Battlefront
    Ryse : Son of Rome
    DOOM
    GTA V
Ori and the Blind Forest (Definitive Edition)

We'll you've mentioned most of them already, but that's my pick.

I am surprised that no-one has mentioned Quantum Break. Sure it's a flawed game but at times it can look absolutely stunning when all the time effects are in use. Also, Forza Motorsport 6 APEX is a nice-looking and superbly playable game that costs ZERO pence.

(And, no, I am in no way endorsing the Windows Store despite what it might look like!)
