Wwi The trailer is amazing, I hope it is the same for the game play. I don't think that in WWI you would have the time to kill some one with a knife or with baseball bat with nails. Soldiers were more afraid to run into the field. My grand father told me that his father had to kill some french and Canadian people with his hands. Because at the begging of the WWI they were short on ammo supplies. He was a mining specialist, most of the time he was afraid his tasks were to crouch in the middle of the battlefield to drop some S-mines. He's fear was more the planes, which most of time were dropping nails, to kill the soldiers on the field. His only weapons were a metal shield, some S-mines and a Mauser.

There are like a billion WW2 shooters. WW1 is honestly the more interesting war tbh. It's basically a bunch of countries being violently pulled into the 20th century.
Can I play as a mustard farmer in this game? On a more serious note, while this particular game looks interesting, aren't all battlefield games using pathetic moneygrubbing tactics like micro transactions +paid maps+paid weapons+paid everything? Last battlefield I played extensively was 2142
WTF i thought this was a new trailer but obviously not. It's as if they think we have forgotten about the first time they released this trailer. Or maybe it's for the people who weren't born the first time they showed it, who knows. ^^ If you are worried about DLC and other micro transactions then just get the premium edition which costs 15 quid more but you'll get about 60 quids worth of DLC and stuff. Dice said they wouldn't split the BF1 community with paid for Maps and such so i don't know what they have in mind. Hopefully all versions of the game will get all maps at least so we can focus on a single game instead of 6in1 games like has happening on the last few BF games. Dice has spoken on this and want to change that, whether EA agrees is another matter.
