Got a refund, a ****ing abomination of a game. Even without the **** performance the game is mediocre at best.
I had to check it by myself because i couldn't believe so much lies ,misleading info and crap in this "Quantum Break Windows 10 FAQ" posted by Lauri Head of Community at official Remedy forums. False. DX12 games (included QB) CAN support multiGPU setups if the game developer add support for it in the game itself. UWP also support multi-GPU setups if the games support it until Microsoft's Director of Program Management Mike Ybarra words are also proved to be lies: http://www.pcgamer.com/microsoft-promises-to-improve-the-windows-store/ AFAIK this is partially true (at best): DX12 games with proper multi-GPU should work fine because this API doesn't need true fullscreen mode for multi-GPU support. DX11 games are a different story: UWP must make changes to add multi-GPU support because DX11 multi-gpu (SLI or CFX) only work in real fullscreen mode (exclusive) and may need to have explicit support in GPU drivers. So if i buy this game for Windows 10,I want to play it in Windows 10 and i don't give a $hit about Xbox One I STILL only be able to launch it after i sign in the Xbox app? :3eyes: And it fits perfectly well in a 500GB/1TB HDD in any Xbox One? uke2: GIVE US (PC GAMERS) A BREAK!!! :bang:
What a horrible start from MS, i would still get this but not without at least a 50% discount. Still better than nothing and getting an X1 though. Is it just the digital version that comes with a W10 key? If it was retail then you could buy that, get the PC key then sell/trade in the trade version for a decent price.
Batman arkham knight mess looks like a masterpiece now, this game is POS on PC, should be banned from existence until it comes on steam with proper support, windows 10 store is a big fail, and the only 2 pc games released on this is a total disaster...
I bought Tom Raider on the WS and it wasn't a bad experience. Steam is still better in all departments but i would've bought this if it weren't for the hefty price tag.
Still waiting for my PC code from the Xbox One pre-order... starting to really HATE Microsoft... :wanker:
I strongly suggest you not to play it in these conditions. It would really ruin your experience. So maybe it's a good thing you are still not getting the code...
I cant buy game. Windows 10 Enterprise... Upgrade link is not clickable. I entered address manually and it downloaded "GetWindows10-sds.exe" after launching it i get error massage that Windows 10 Enterprise is doesn't qualify for free upgrade :bang:
"We know pc gaming. We're the pulse of pc gaming. UWP is the best platform for pc games. It's terrific. Everyone agrees." -M$ 2016
They really haven't got a ****ing clue, it's embarrassing. Everything MS does now, half assed, half baked, just no ****ing effort at all.
You're on 10240? Try this http://forums.mydigitallife.info/th...eceive-branch-upgrades-through-Windows-Update Or get a link from there for 10586 and install on top. Heh I think the only thing they've done right in the past few years is the xbox controller. DX 11 is ok but 12 has had such an awful first impression that I can't help but think of DX 10 in terms of uselessness irl.
All of these low level api's have been disappointing, while I always believed people were expecting you much performance wise I did not expect performance to go down as well as image quality.
Unbelievable this the idea of MS gaming...UWP and its store should be boycotted in it's current form.
If you aren't logged into the Windows Store when playing the game it makes Jack look like a pirate.... so... basically losing internet connection? Spoiler Arghh Matey... I tweeted at @remedy if they can release the game on another platform... no good that will do... lol.
