Ok so I am working on picking up 2 more of these monitors, I already own one...They have the vesa mounts in back which is a big plus in my book plus they are on sale now for $120 bucks ( not bad ) I have been debating instead to just get a new monitor and start over but.....I dont think I have enough horsepower to run 3x 144hz in Surround! Option 1 I build a Surround system using this current model total will cost me $240 minus the monitor stands which I also need. Now Micro center carrys a Inland 3 head stand which costs another 120,or I can buy 3 seprate single arms that will work also. My specs are Fx 6300 at 4ghz and a single Evga gtx 780 Sc.Do you think my 780 will be able to push these 3 monitors or will I need sli? Now I know some of you will say just buy a Single monitor with that money but I kinda want my own Surround system that I built myself so yeah. All opinions are welcome. Thanks Nz
you wont be getting 90+ fps certainly... if you want good framerates without turning settings down get another card
Anyone have any tips for Debezeling these things? Honestly dude I am real envious of some of these guys that can afford 3 G-sync monitors like its nothing, I on the other hand have to make my own if I can lol.I am upgrading my whole system piece by piece so its going to take a while.
If I go 3 monitors wide surround its going to take up my whole desk ( jesus christ ) if i flip them to portrait mode somehow it feels weird to me so I dont know what the hell to do! I have been looking around the net at peoples surround systems and trying to get soem ideas going. Thanks guys.Nz
