Yeah they added back support at least for this version set for the 5000 and 6000 series.

Now I have an odd issue with these. I do not use MSI AB or Overdrive, nor have I even clicked on the overdrive tabs and accepted the EULA for overdrive, however I use a different overclocking tool specifically HIS iTurbo ( it does all I need with little effort).

Here is the odd thing, after I used it to overclock my GPUs and restarted, it restores the overclock on windows boot up like I had had overdrive enabled while using it.

HIS iTurbo neither starts with windows nor is it set to resume to the clock. It restores everything but the VDDC offset.

The installation still takes 11.000 centuries, in a freshly formatted Windows 10 TH2 system.

When applying overdrive, the clocks get stuck in the Video Mode, i.e The second power state instead of ULPS state when idling. This is annoying, but liveable with. Clocks are ramping up normally when entering games.

I'm just glad it's working, these drivers improved a lot of issues she was having with Windows Store games having weird frame rate issues and it even brought a nice boost to some games like BF3 and BF4. Just glad they added them into this driver as there is no reason why they can't just do this for older cards. Most of this is software wise, and help improve things when needed, just do what NVidia does and disable features that don't work on older cards.

Maybe it's another driver or system parameter that does it for me, but it's the second time in a post-format system. Do you have W10 TH2?

True true. No reason for them not to support the older cards until at least the bugs are ironed out that were caused by Crimson.

The driver seems to be running smoother for me too.

The temperature is better. Hopefully they can figure out the whole OpenCL thing.

my GPU temperature is 50 degrees, is that normal? the memory clock speed is overly high on idle, is that a normal behaviour?

No, that isn't normal. There's another user who reported the block being stuck to UVD scheme just like yours. This can't be a coincidence.
