There is no claimed hardware in the Steam report. Only claimed internet speeds. Everything else is gathered automatically. A market report is a useful tool, but not always a good indicator of "what's out there".

Don't be so sure about that, ofc they can manufacture as many gpus as they like, but the user base will decide if they want their gpus or not.

So running the game on ultra with no AA, but doing VSR 4k downscaled to 1080p, using 15.11.1 beta, the game runs really good. When a new area loads the fps drops a bit between 30-40fps but it jumps right back up to 60fps after 10-15 seconds usually. And doing 4k downscale keeps my GPU @ max load as well. CPU usage however I am unsure of, I never watch it. But fps is good. I disabled Vsync through the FO4 tweaker but enabled a 60fps cap in CCC.

Overall incredibly smooth with no stutter even when it dips while loading the area I just walked into.

Can you please share how you do 4K VSR with a 290X and 15.11.1 drivers?

Last time i know it worked at that res and GPU was using 15.5 modded drivers.

Sounds about right for a 7970. Are you on 1080p?

On an R9 290X? You just enable VSR under digital flat panel properties and then in the game settings max out the resolution. It automatically downscales back to 1080p.

Check it again, 4K reffers to 3840x2160 res.

This res is only available in AMD 285/380 and new Fury series.

    3200x1800 is not 4K.

@THEFOOL, you can use provided save files (#2 to be precise) And turn everything on ULTRA/ GR Low. ...SO WE can have some sense of measurement ;)
...cause random screenshot wont helping aaaaat all.

...also, don't change the view angle. Your FPS can differ (+/ - 1-3) by simply changing view angle or moving your crosshair position by couple of pixels.
Load the save, don't move the mouse, take a screenshot.

Please don't try to fool us with this nice and very old ad trick who distorts the y axis like the middle value was more than 2 and a half times bigger than the side values.

The fact is 52 FPS is only 15% more than 46 FPS not 275% as you scaled it.

Bigger text, HUGE photos and bogus chart axis can't mask distorded presented data.

Please resize the HUGE pic to better see the text in this thread.

    Thanks.

    :)

I wonder you didn't see the bogus chart.

Expect HUGE FPS reported from his benchmarks (if any).

    :D

His CPU must be under some load with 64 threads requests from his Fallout 4 tweaker config...
