YES, broken in dxDiag in builds up 10130 and to 10240RTM
But you'll have DX12, chceck with New 3Dmark ;-) (the Newest build)

Why does dxdiag show feature level 12.1 on my Titan X then?

With the 15.7.1 drivers it only shows 11.1 on my 7970Ms, too. There must be something wrong with detection.

Only the DxCapsViewer of the Windows SDK do not support D3D12 runtime.

Dxdiag shows the DDI which coincide the with feature levels. Unfortunately MS decided to keep the broken dx11 feature level names in D3D12.

Maxwell 2.0 (like Titan X) is a FL 12.1 GPU
    GCN 1.0 (like 7970M) is a FL 11.1 GPU.

Feature level names do not coincide any-more with the supported Direct3D runtime.

I lost a bit (like 50 - 100k) drawcalls aswell jumping from 7 to 10. But gameperformance is still better. WDM 2.0 driver behaves a bit different than WDM 1.1 or 1.3 driver does, so can't judge just from drawcall tests.

Yes, I know it's re-branded ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330. But guess what.
AMD955F.1 = "ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330" is included in C0187327.inf in 15.7.1 driver while HD6320 is not. The driver supports even ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO AGP and ATI Radeon HD 2350. HD6320 is missing and it's just illogical.

I had Windows 7 x64, always used up-to date driver and did not have any compatibility issues. If you use old applications then those may work better with older driver. The Win10 case is different.
I currently use the only one available driver from Microsoft from March 2015. As said before, almost 5 months old AMD driver designed for very early Windows 10 builds will not work good after so many changes in the OS and kernel. I lost 30-50% fps in few old DX7, 8 and 9 games. Win10 should at least keep older OS performance while I lost it by not using proper AMD driver.

Quote from "Windows® 10 Driver and AMD Graphics Product Compatibility":
    https://community.amd.com/docs/DOC-1311
This quote proves HD6320 compatibility. I don't expect improved fps in new games since I won't play them anyway. I expect right driver which should work at least as good as it did on Win7. I know they may need more time to make things like AMD APP H.264 encoder working for example with Bandicam (great software!). It's understandable. Not putting all possible cards in Win10 C0*.inf file is not understandable.

I can mod the inf file by myself but then I'll loose so basic feature like DXVA in web browser, video player etc. Such driver is almost useless.

All I can say is that they might mean all discrete 6000 series cards but not mobile ones. I looked through the .inf and guess what? The HD 6620G I have in my Llano A8-3500M APU laptop is not listed either.

I know but it could be a stupid limitation AMD implemented.

I've read dozens of comments on other forums and so far Undying is the only one person that can do 1800p on GCN 1.0.

Upgraded to the retail release version of Windows 10 and I am unable to stretch a 4:3 resolution on my 16:9 monitor in CS:GO with the Win10 15.7.1 drivers. Yes I have selected the option "Scale image to full panel size". I can stretch my desktop at 4:3 resolutions no problem but the moment I load up CS:GO in full screen it won't stretch no matter what I try. A temporary fix that has been found is to run the Win8.1 15.6 Beta drivers under Win10. Running a 290 on dual link DVI.
