So what's the opinion on this driver? Is this "the one" the prophecy spoke of?

I respect your polite style when you explain us possible reasons why AMD doesn't provide some features in his drivers.

Can you provide a possible explanation for intelligent people (and dumb aswell) of this:

Why AMD didn't add the 4K VSR resolution for 290(X)/390(X) GPUs in single GPU mode when it's a well know fact it works perfectly using modded and unlocked VSR drivers?

Wow, nice driver! Witcher 3, crossfire, no flickering- just like in my dreams, lol. VSR is working but just to confirm, HD 7000 series is limited to 2560x1440, right? I'm gonna try some other games but I'm very happy so far, nicely done AMD.

it's not the fist time that i don't have vsr option. with latest modded driver with vsr support (unofficial) on dc2 i had the same problem...

Good drivers. VSR Works fine on my 1200p monitor, but not supported for my 1600p unfortunately. Otherwise, solid drivers amd.

no latest one for me too.

i don't know why... with some release of driver i have vsr option (for example AMD Catalyst 15.x (15.200.1040.0 June 8) Win 7/8.1/10 x64) with other release no.

    win 8.1 64 bit..

I don't understand why we are still limited to 3200x1800 resolution with R9 x90(X), when modded drivers allow us to use higher res.

Also, is the framerate limiter only a global setting, or can we adjust it for each application ?

Cool release. I enjoyed VSR to testing on higher resolution with my Tahiti and v.1023.10, nice to see extended to public.

    ...

Now I am waiting for GPU Perf Studio 3.3. This time you (AMD) must support higher feature level then 11.0, you know that? :) Nice to see incoming OGL 4.5 support too (even if I'm not an OGL dev).

    Driver installed just fine,no error.
Is there any other limit ?I am using DVI-D with my HD7850.

By the way,the DXVA TDR issue which I got in 15.3~15.6 seems fixed.

    OS:Windows 8.1 64bit.

All this 'I have it' and 'I don't have it' is meaningless unless the OS is specified too.

    These are unified drivers...

Global, and how knows why only 3200*1800? Maybe 4k is limited to gcn 1.2. The r9 390/x cards don't have it either so yea.
