Sure post as many as you like, i still get more fps in all games aside from project cars and a couple of others that i don't even care that they exist. :D Cpu overhead is a problem known to everyone on this thread, and once it's gone, then... :D

I agree for your inmense pleasure: GTX 780(Ti) is the next big thing after the coca-cola. :nerd:

I suppose this should be enough for you.

    Now...

...Can you stop spamming your loved 780(Ti) in non related threads in this forum?

    Thanks.

We har talking about the 290x vs 780ti, not 970 vs 290...
And pclab always have suspicious bad performance for AMD cards...

It has nothing to do with love to my card. It is a issue that needed addressing that affects a lot of people who buy stuff expecting something, and getting something else. Please stop spamming about your Kepler, it is getting really tiring, and actual responses don't seem to get to you.

Your card is fine, just don't expect it to be the second coming of Jesus, alright? And also, me and the rest of the guys here don't go in the NVIDIA forum and spam every thread about how great GCN is, so please refrain from that here and at least try to stay relevant.

He posted a thread about some not very well know problem (back then) in AMD Radeon Drivers in a AMD Radeon Drivers section of this forum.

You post your love for your card spamming all threads around, there is an evident difference.

Where are the mods when we need them?

As is said every architecture have strengths and weaknesses !

    ...so hard to understand ?

I´m much happier with GTX780, should i say sorry now ?!
290 have this problem since two years !!!!!!! :thumbdown

Reducing details doesnt help (Overhead) !

    ...here is the long thread:

    Very good reseults for Fury:)

    Frametimes (FURY)

Much more important than the FPS imo.
You have 200fps and constantly stuttering, nothing is worse than jerky gameplay.

A bit more objectivity, please !
    Im out, peace. :):):)

And now, with the honor of his card restored, our hero leaves until he is called forth again by the enemies of the one and only GPU architecture.

That is a fitting end to this discussion.

Let's just hope now that the plain Fury will have good price and performance, that could be a card I would buy

the main reason why 780ti is underperforming is 3gb vram and 290x has 4gb higher speed vram.

Was there even a single game except Mordor that really wants more than 3GB? The only other one I can think of is AC Unity with the Ultra textures, but even that is more or less fixed now.

It is a game about the Dyatlov Pass Incident. Apparently it starts well but it has design and performance issues.

This is a thread about the Fury X, and this is the AMD subforum. Please stop spamming.

Lol, look at fc4, acu, dead rising 3, the witcher 3, metro ll, shadow of mordor, cod aw, etc Many of those are nvidia gameworks so don't pick the ones where you know the driver of amd is the problem. The hardware is better, the sofware suxx. Unlike your kepler which is already history.

Yes, I'm hoping for this also, could be it performs close to the X model, and would have a more reasonable price.

Looking at the pricing of 390 and 390X cards in my country, I can only feel that they are going for a major loss. Currently they ask close to €500 for the 390X, I wonder what shops will ask for the fury non X.
I suspect they will continue to do ok in the budget segment, but the higher tier is not looking good with their current stand on pricing.

Exciting times ahead, that's for sure.
