Thanks Asder...these work great as I have already reported as well as a fix in VLC. That was all I needed to know.

Seriously I was able to drop my OC voltage down .1 mv from 1.4 to 1.3 on air with these drivers.

 

These drivers seem to fix green bar top of some 1080p videos that was seen on 15.200.1023.5 (May 22) drivers (MPC-HC-x64 (few latest nightlies), madvr 0.88.11). Older drivers and these work fine so think it was driver related.

All peasant quality 720p files and worse and some 1080p (maybe AR related) worked fine on 1023.5 too, but I had quite a few 1080p files with issues (both many years old and some new files).

 

Anyone tried these with a 7970 on GTA V?
I'm at work right now, otherwise, I would have tried them.

Driver working very well for me on win7. No slowdowns in windowed mode gaming + youtubing either.´

 

Try a VPN extension like ZenMate.

I managed to solve any kind of DXVA problem in MPCHC, by setting the LAV Video configuration to "DXVA Copy Back", instead of DXVA Native. I haven't had a problem since.

 

Ok this is the second driver now that doesn't allow me to overclock.

Never mind I fixed it by downloading a new version of ATI patcher that was release. V1.3.4 to be exact.

 

This brought a noticable improvement in GTAV fps but all 15.200 cause extreme stuttering vs 15.5 in GTA.

 

DXVA fix won't work with VLC64bit and w8.1.

 

Broken here with MPC-HC x64 so it seems OS specific?

 

The frame limiter isn't working properly. Capping frames causing a massive amount of frametime lag.

Maybe. I think it was announced before Windows 10 can't remember.

 

No one else stuttering in GTA (even on single card) without 15.4/5 drivers? I can't even just use the dlls from 15.5 because the game will crash on startup.

 

Runs perfect in win 10 build 10130, with the old ones i had some texture and artifacts corruption in Witcher 3, now all it's fine, big thanks!!

 

The dll's work great here with http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=399743 base and the dll's of 1040.

 

The fix goes in system32? VCE still does not work.
