Anyone got a fix for Creative ZXR on Windows 10.

Cant seem to install any driver i try to install says either no card or hardware installed or runs though the setup so fast that its not installing properly.

seems windows 10 comes with a ZXR driver pre installed or downloaded via windows update but its not working correctly

i cant seem to locate : What U Hear in the recording tab of the sound settings
without it i cant enable listen to and select SPDIF out so that i can use my Astro A50s on windows 10.

anyone got a fix for this issue as creative will not release a WHQL until end of july for our cards :/ :/

 

Just be lucky Creative's Win10 driver solution isn't "buy our new SB cards launching this fall."

 

well that sucks guess no windows 10 tryouts here lol

 

I'm having weird sound issues on Win10 myself. Every so often things will start to sound robotic.. idk.

You can try the Daniel K drivers, but for me it didn't make any difference.

no problems here with Win10 x64 build 10074

 

Did you use latest Creative's drivers? (Dec. 2014)

 

because in 10130 something in audio stack was changed, now creative drivers dont work correctly

 

They said they should have new drivers come by the end of this month I believe.

Just a heads up, Creative posted the official Win 10 drivers for the ZxR this morning, finally.

 

That only happens when I use Teamspeak...

Edit: To the people who post links to Z/ZX drivers, these driver will not work for the ZxR, DanielK did post a specific ZxR version on Creative's SB forums though, which does work but still has an issue with TS on Windows 10.

 

I installed them last night, had to select North America up at the country selection to see them available for download.
Didn't get to test if they fixed the TS issue.

EDIT: Been on TS all evening while playing several games, the issue seems fixed with the official released ZxR driver.
