Hi guys! My question is in the tittle of this post..what would you recommend upgrading to from the Geforce 660 ti with my current set up? Nothing that will break my bank but will keep me through at least 2 years! Want to do this with Witcher III. Thanks in advance!

How old is it? Do you have any extra money to buy around a 600 watt quality psu?

Depends. If you want to play the witcher 3 I'd wait to see how it runs on your 660ti.
The 660ti is only 10% slower than a 960, which should be able to run the game nicely at medium/high @1920x1080. We'll see tomorrow.
Maybe wait for some benchmarks of the game so you can see what would be the best choice for the game.

If you can get me a (working :p) titan X for $300-$400, you are the best!

Well, apparently Maxwell is way more optimized in Witcher 3...

However, if the OP is on a strict budget and only games at 1080p with no plans on a higher resolution, a 960 should manage 2 years, just like his 660 did. A 970 would be gravy, if you don't mind spending for it.
