If you read the previous news-item, you will have noticed that Skylake processors (Core series 6000) will be based on Socket LGA1151. A company called Colorful just is showing an iGame-Z170 motherboa... Socket LGA1151 motherboard Surfaces
Bunny included or not? Still only one SATA Express port, wished this would pick up speed and finally see some SSDs based on the new standard.
Well I'm glad I opened this on my phone and not on my work computer. Those bunny pictures weren't there before and perhaps some sort of note would be good before others open this. I know it's not porn or anything but it's still deemed a bit fruity for work.
someones garage and whats that? a bar? for motherboard designs ripped from asus. i'm guessing i'll soon see these at the dollar stores down the street.
Just look how clean that PCB is between the two PCIE slots next to the CMOS battery!!!! The rest of the circuitry on the board looks very very cramped around it. Not sure why on earth they need only 1 extra pin on the CPU socket. Don't tell me that 1 pin is for DDR4 to properly work. Hell no, I bet this is Intel's way of trying to make people have to upgrade their whole system once again. I can see it now, a few weeks after release people will get Skylake CPU's working in 1150 motherboards
So there using cheap chinese hookers dressed as bunny's to advertise a motherboard? Thats so beyond weird. Looks so seedy, maybe its the chinese version of "urban grunge"? I am curious if thats her BMX tho or maybe the company CEO?
Is it just me or are a lot of these new mobos starting to look a lot simpler the boards have so much more unused pcb space.
A bit disappointing. Wifi is becoming faster and faster, still stuck with GbE. No Type-C USB 3.1. They could've made the switch and included an adapter, just to push external HD/USB Flash drive manufacturers to use Type-C. Also its most likely a third party controller, so compatibility issue may arise and slower speed with higher latency. I am also not sure if its even rated 100W, which would be cool for future 3.5" External HD without having to plug it into the wall. I am guessing the x4 slot is PCI-E 3.0 because Skylake allows for 20 lanes. This is cool, but we are still stuck with PCI-Express 2.0 too which causes a bit higher latency and considering those 4x PCI-E 3.0 lanes go through the PCH, it will also have higher latency. DDR4 has super high latency compared to DDR3 at the same speed and the price is really high too. I am sure other motherboard manufacturers can do better, but they probably wont do much more. Its kind of disappointing to me, really.
They got the colors all wrong, the heels and stockings are killer but they should have went with pink or white pants
