    Hi,

I'm trying to run gtav at 6048x1080 (3 x 1920 plus bezel comp). gtav accepts the resolution, but the aspect ratio which is set to auto is too high vertically.

i.e. you can't see the top of the screen (no wanted stars) and the bottom is cut off as well.

There is no selectable aspect ratio that is even close (28:5 is what I need). I've rarely had this problem with other games, i.e. bf4 etc. all run perfectly out of the box.

Is there a way to tweak an ini file and customize the aspect ratio?

    Thanks,

    bkandor

ok, thanks - looks like nothing yet.

It appears that gtaV auto-aspect ratio is either ignoring bezel compensation or scaling by horizontal pixel. Too bad.

You can request on their forums too, post your problem and they're normally pretty good at helping

I tried, you have to be a 'social club' member for 30 days before you can post!

    Possible solution

Hey, I have a 7970 and run eyefinity and noticed the same issue. I also looked around online and found this was the only post really that I had found.

There is a setting under display called "Safezone Size". This allows you to shrink that area so that the text at the bottom and top fit on screen. Play with this and I think it should satisfy your need.

    :)

Didn't seem to make a difference here.

It does work here, and thanks for the tip. I needed to crank the safezone size all the way to the left, but now all hud info is on the center monitor. eyefinity goodness!
