Does anyone has faced the idle frequency issue?

My titan x' idle core clock is locked on 810mhz

    Is it normal?

No that is not normal, uninstall the gpu driver and then use ddu to uninstall any remaining registry keys. Reinstall new driver and try again.

I have done that, but is still same....

ps:350.05 and 347.88, and one more bug is about the gsync

seems to be always actived by those drivers, not only in games

But if it is not only effect the light?

Edited:just set the refresh to 120

    and the problem is gone

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have found "no idle core clock" solution.

    Using non gsync monitor...

PS:at least for me that is work....

i have tried disable gsync by nv panel, but no use

until i change to non gsync monitor

the idle core clock is back

Congrats to your benches guys, they still seem to be okay, not a single faulty card so far, which I'm happy about tbh.

Congrats also to you other TX owners, now let's see who pushes the highest scores and clocks :D

I've tried Vantage a few times now but my SS can't handle the load of the second CPU test while CPU is at 5 GHz :(

what no 4.9 or 4.95 setting in the bios? of coarse its going to be harder on the cpu then fs lol
I just asked because I wanted to know so if and when I get my ass to getting my chip cold I have some baseline
I feel after what 3 or 4 years after 3d11 they would have had something better but I do like how they have benches for everything ....sadly its not for EVERYBODY never know in 2 years or so I might like that bench idk

How is the Titan X performance compared with two Titan's in SLI?
Currently i have two Titan's in SLI but time goes on and my situation has changed. I'd like to get away from SLI if possible. Don't understand me wrong SLI is great and enjoyed fiddling with my SLI configurations for years. But now PC gaming has moved a bit more to the background for me and so i want a smaller, space efficient and a more energy efficient system that requires less "fiddling" to play a game when i choose to. So a "simple" one GPU setup feels like the way to go for me now.
I've been looking a round for a bit but can't find that much about Titan SLI vs. Titan X @ 2560x1440.
