    Unless we decode move.bin, to get the clear picture of exact engine commands which written in there, there would be no way to fix it.

    I wonder who else then...

    I think it as this, if wd 2 will be good recieved game, it would have better mod tools, and likely that tools for such things will be written, but since wd 1 is pretty mediocre as a game, i see this possibility almost impossible.

    I mean, we need openWD, like openIV

    So you managed to turn off the light of the buildings that faraway?

    Yes. But never the way in E3 2013. E3 2013 used a sequence to perform the blackout while i just used envlighting to control light probes.

    So you just set all Probe Overrides to "True" in Blackout lighting xml?

    No, Global Light 0, 1, 3 controls all that probes.

    So just set Global Lights Overrides to "True" then? What about 2nd Global light?

    2nd is vehicel headlight so... you know. Beside setting to true, you also need to edit intensity to 0 (x,0,xx,xx).

    added Txgt lite mod, i also put the up to date mods on top of the OP for more visibility
