Battlefield Hardline, the upcoming cops-and-robbers first-person shooter from Visceral Games, has "gone gold," meaning the studio has completed initial development on the project.... Battlefield Hardline Goes Gold
This game can go also Platinum and still would not worth 60 - 70$.EA milking the Battlefield franchise at its finest!
I will most likely end up buying it, but I doubt I'll play the MP for hundreds of hours like I did the previous games. It will be a placeholder, together with BF4, for the upcoming Battlefront... now for that, I AM hyped.
yeah I wont be getting this @ release or any time soon - beta was OK game in itself but just not battlefield for me - battlefield need's to be nations battling it out - not cops and robbers for bags of cash plus the price of the BF4 and BF:H along with their season pass / DLC are horrific at RRP - I'll simply wait for it to drop to a more reasonable price either through an official reseller (eg. GMG) or even a CD key shop (cdkeys.com or G2A) - and I've owned all BF instalments prior to BF4 at release date after 4-6 months you will be able to get this for almost half the RRP
OMG, please stop calling this crap 'Battlefield'. It has nothing common with Battlefield franchise. EA just think they can sell s**t in a nice Battlefield package, thats all. None of my clanmates and battlelog friends are not buying it, as well as ( i guess) all battlefield veteran players. Its oriented for CoD and CS players only. As for me - waiting for Battlefront... Any news about it will be very appreciated!
I've watched a few lets play videos of the game and the thing that has struck me time and again is not how cr*p the game looks, yeah it looks cr*p but just how cr*p the game actually looks. Lol, what I mean is that it looks rubbish to play but the actual game itself looks like it's a mod, it doesn't look like the work of a top end gaming studio it looks like someone has thrown together a new game mode mod for BF4. I am shocked by how unimpressed the entire game looks, everything from character models to environment details, the vehicles, the user interface it ALL looks really 'mod' like. Seriously they are charging top end retail money for this game?
How they manage to put the BF name on this game is beyond me. The streets may be called a Battlefield for some but for others like me then No not a battlefield at all. Like people have already said, it's just EA milking BF to DEATH.
an additional $5 for this EA access crap? 'the best of EA', so, something along the lines of used toilet paper? http://www.battlefield.com/hardline/news/trial-announce?utm_campaign=bhl-social-us-ic-fb-eaaccess1-prev-site-ramp&utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&sourceid=bhl-social-us-ic-fb-eaaccess1-prev-site-ramp&cid=36147&ts=1424894423148&sf36107356=1
I'm still kinda sitting on the wall about buying BF Hardline. While I did enjoy the beta, it just didn't "Do it" for me.. Gameplay was fun, but.. when I think of a true Battlefield title, I do not think of a Cops n Robbers game. And besides, even though I still play it, BF4 left a sour taste in my mouth.. Maybe Visceral will do it right. We'll see.
So many people would buy it at a lower price point tbh... That's the key issue here. It seems like a fun game, just not worthy of that hefty price tag.
as Ive said since the 1st 'beta' or patch for bf4, its a $5 mod. nothing more, nothing less. Id pay $5 for it, anything more, nope.
