Seems to be some time-bending anomaly

Speaking of anomalies, did an entire thread disappear?

Indeed, my favorite thread as of late seems to have disappeared.

We feel for you brother, not a single sound despite several major game releases, no beta drivers and lack of crossfire profiles.

I reckon Nvidia-fanboys are suffering too from various issues, but maybe not to quite the same extent.

What can we do to help and possibly speed up the release process?

14.12 Omega's came out last year, December 8th. 15.x (14.502.1002) beta was released for the Alienware that i still haven't tried. AMD should of at least released 15.2 beta by now, if not the WHQL.

id rather wait a couple months and get Omega phase 2 than some nonsense beta.

The Mac, you say like this because u have no CrossfireX. I'm waiting for FC4 profile for too long and CF support is really bad comparing to NV. I was 5 years on GTX 275 SLI and most buggy and long waiting, was flickering trees in BF4. I was waiting for 1 months while nv fix this lol. Now i think 1 months was nothing xD
But i'm still hope that AMD hear all us.

AMDMatt mentioned the upcoming driver would have profiles for both FC4 and Dying Light. If he is actually confirming whats going to make it into the release, maybe its just a week or two away?

I just finished Far cry 4 so i don't even need the crossfire profile anymore. I couldn't wait any longer so I had to sit through all the stutter and so on.

Yes, just installed the 1.4.0 patch, and now i can disable the Film Grain and also have noticed performance improvements indoors and outdoors throughout the game. I skipped 1.2.1 and 1.3.0 patches since they didn't help as much as this patch for Dying Light.

Consider this : an infinite line(being drivers on time) going parallel with AMD and guess what ! They never meet.

Really slow and discontinuous, in my opinion is the worst fault of AMD, change too often the way they manage the updates, I think they should radically change how they manage the development of drivers, is also very important in terms of image.

There are so many games that are never mentioned, and often have bugs, are completely ignored, I think AMD does too little in this area, and often it's for this, that does not convince many who prefer, just for poorly information, NVIDIA products.

We wait for so long, I think they improve quality of drivers now and it will be great to know something about development stage. Anyway when Omega comes, my 290x's start working great except crossfirex support. And if i can return to past time when i choose between 780Ti and 290x, i stay with 290x.
