    Are you using the AA fix by chance with these DSII shots?

    It's originally mentioned that it's needed for the game to prevent some issues.

    Something mentioning white outlines, which are vaugely visible on your shots

    Would you mind testing the AA fix too and linking to Pedigrew's post on your post here http://forums.guru3d.com/showpost.php?p=4995983&postcount=2738 ???

    That way all the relevant information is accessible from the reference.

    Thank you for this test. If the case is only in the amount of video memory - it's good.
    What program did you use for monitoring? Useful to me.

    Does this work on windows 8.1? Ive set everything and still jaggies around the place.

    Edit: Why of course as soon as I post about it, I give it one last attempt and its working now.

    Running 8xSGSSAA and no in-game AA. Constant 60fps.

    Thanks mate.

    I also represented the Prince of Persia (2008).

    But I need to do a detailed review. I like this game (maybe not me alone).

    I changed PoP too, the picture was ok enough. If you could just edit that post with an On/Off comparison if you still have it installed, that'd be great.

    Thanks again.

    Bad news for my flag PoP (2008). Filter for shadows only works in 720p!
    I apologize for the fact that hastened to share with you the raw observations.

    I've used AA fix in those shots, tbh i think those white outlines are a problem of the game itself, tried different AA combinations but nothing fixes it! :uhoh:

    Rivatuner OSD which comes included in the MSI Afterburner app.

    Works with Gedosato but must add this under game profile in gedosato configs. With standard Gedo. settings not working.

    Gedosato/config/bhd/GeDoSaTo

    Code:
    # Resident Evil HD

    clearRenderResolutions
    renderResolution 2560x1440@60
    forceRenderRes true
    same resolution must be set in config for RE

    user/appdata/local/CAPCOM/Resident Evil - biohazard@HD REMASTER/config

    Code:
    [GRAPHICS]
    AltAntiAlias=NONE
    TextureDetail=HIGHEST
    ShadowQuality=HIGH
    [DISPLAY]
    Resolution=2560x1440
    RefreshRate=60.00Hz
    Run stable with 4K or higher res. but with smaa/fxaa from gedosato still not look good. Only downsampling is not enough but with SGSSAA+downsampling i have best result

    Thanks, the samething Jonas told me to try also. It just crashes instantly or gives me a Memory Overload message.

    No worries though. Cheers anyway.:)

    I have a question if anyone knows. So does forcing AA have a ton of problems or not work all the time in Windows 8 for DX9 games?

    I'm afraid that when I eventually HAVE to upgrade to Windows 10 or whatever, that the functionality would not work as well

    I do not have problem with full memory and everything works good in this game. I did not check how much memory to use these settings.

    AA worked in other resolutions, but if the resolution is not conform to 720p or 1080p - no anti-aliasing for doors like this: http://postimg.org/image/9k23vr077/full/

    Sry if my english is bad.

    I do not know why do not work with DSR but with Gedosato works. Yesterday I try this new remaster first time and I do not have enough time for long testing.
    Is strange but postprocess AA not working with resolution higher than 1080p and only SGSSAA works for me. Game natively support max 1080p resolution but I have 1080p monitor. Maybe people with higher resolutions has more resolutions for choose... maybe

    Does the prior posted 0x080000C1 flag not work at 1440p?

    I not tried yet and 0x084010C5 I saw in other discussion.

    You must add in gedosato whitelist correct exe for this game

    exe is

    bhd
