1080p is the highest resolution supported for DSR I believe...

    I'm guessing you have 1920x1200?

DSR supports higher than 1920x1080. I use it with a 2560x1440 monitor. Not sure why it's not working with your 16:10 res though... but I know it doesn't work with custom refresh rates at the moment.

Unfortunately my ZR24W has only VGA, DVI and Displayport. I am using DVI, and i don't have VGA or Displayport cable, to try out at least them.

Sounds like potentially a bug with the EDID of your monitor maybe because you are using HDMI.

I have an old 1440x900 19'' monitor, and it worked just fine with DSR, giving me options to 2880x1800 and such...

DSR worked fine for me on my Dell U2412M as well, and it's 1920x1200. I tried to answer your PM, but it says your inbox was full when I tried sending a reply. Try using a different cable, or DisplayPort if you can and see if that helps.

I have also 16:10, but 2560x1600 and the DSR options I have are 2X (3620x2263) and 4X (5120x3200). I try the 4X and is so taxing that is imposible to game anything, and forget try to read something on the desktop, the size of the text is like 1/5 of the size if not smaller than at 2560x1600.

Yeah, that's a given though. As resolution increases and icons and text stay the same size, they become smaller when downscaled.

DSR is only for games. Shouldn't be using it on the desktop anyway.

If you have a 2.25x option, you should use that combined with other AA. That's as good an playable as it will get with such a high res monitor.
