I had stutter in FC3 and the only way I got rid of it was to use DX9, don't think that is an option this time. Interestingly FC3 was also the only game where I noticed a difference using HPET on/off. Turning it on introduced a frametime hitch that happened randomly while manipulating the mouse or right control stick.

I haven't had any problems with any stuttering but I am getting random black flashing every once in awhile. Wondering what that issue is.

HBAO+ still too dark even after 1.03, i guess it's a driver issue and we should wait for 344.75.

Game runs perfectly for me on my 970. I do have to note that TXAA causes some shimmering artifacts on some objects on the edges of where textures meet, most notably right at the beginning of the game, in the torture room on the chairs in front of the room, but might be a faulty model and TXAA detects these "edges" and tries to work it's magic on them even though it's not supposed to.

Well, I dont know what kind of issues you have. 55-60 fps, smooth, the only hickups are when entering a new area and textures get loaded (a couple of seconds only), should have installed the game on the ssd i guess. Is there a way to move the install of a game with uplay?

Smooth? No, rock-solid 60 FPS is smooth, framedrops are NOT smooth.

Does are not framedrops. I didn't say it was constanlty moving back and forth between 55,56,57,58,59,60. I just pointed out that in heavy on screen action it does dip below 60 which is expected considering everything is cranked up to 11. My recommendation, do a fresh reinstall of the game (although re-downloading though uplay is tedious) and a clean install of the drivers. Something is wrong on your end, mate.

Well, what do you know. It had patch. It reduced stuttering. That's cool.
And it would be even more cooler if they fixed ****ed up mouse movement.
