The game has so many details & features that i havent heard anything of until lately. Is there some sort of 'complete game manual' for ED somewhere? currently watching videos

Then keep watching. You'll get the best idea of what's possible through videos in my opinion.

    Yeah, videos help.

This game has a steep learning curve.

I just figured out today if you equip your ship with stuff "like weapons" your jump distance will decrease.:3eyes:

So don't get crazy with ship upgrades or you'll be stuck in that star system.:)

Unless you sell your upgrades or buy a better frame shift drive..

1st thing to get is a better frame shift drive......just so you can run cargo and make more credits.

Maybe you'll need a better power supply too....the more stuff you put on your ship the more power it draws...

    That's about 1% of it.....:)

Are there going to be 40 ships at release in a month or after as DLC?

So question for you guys... I can't seem to get the game to accept 100hz anymore. Its stuck at 59.95 for some reason.
I find that when I open the game it opens in windowed mode and I need to change my res to get it full screen again, but refresh won't stick.

This is with 3.04 and was hoping 3.05 would fix it but it didn't. Current 344.65 drivers.

Try uninstalling drivers and driver uninstaller also, reinstall, dont forget to use Nvidia Patcher. Try a different driver, Try playing another game, if it works, maybe a bug with ED

I don't have the game but I'd check to make sure you don't have any DSR resolutions set up - I find that I can't set custom refresh rates when I have DSR resolutions as an option in the nVidia control panel.

Any feedback on the flight physics and "stealth nerf". I don't have the game but I really enjoyed watching people doing the stealth stuff was very cool seeing the icing happening on the windows etc...

Does flight feel more like standard earth fair rather than 0 G?

Well, it's hard to say about realistic flight physics.. It seems to me the feel of flight is better than SC.

You can turn off flight assist and 0 G kicks in, but it's hard to fly that way for me.

    Stealth is hard, staying alive..
