Need help ASAP! (Newegg return policy)

    Getting high profile people on your forums is good for Hilbert, and a company showing face on a social site is good for newegg. It's only a conspiracy if what I said is incorrect and actually a coincidence.

    It's shady because neither party is upfront about it, it's the reason why there are laws saying you must say you are being payed to endorse something before you start talking about it. This is not as bad as that, which is why I say it's shady and not illegal. But it's the same as lying if you intend to have people be under the impression that it was just a coincidence.

    A simple "Hey I got a newegg rep to help you here on the forums!" would be enough. And it doesn't hurt the RP of the action at all.

    I think you dwell off in conspiracy theory's too much. Just noticed the NewEgg post, seems legit. Other then that I live in the Netherlands and do not have any contacts there.

    So uhhh Purolator apparently lost my 970 and a motherboard I ordered... Thats nice.

    It was apparently supposed to come this past Friday, I didn't even realize until newegg sent me an email 20 minutes ago.

    This blows. Im going to have to wait another 2 weeks until I get my parts.

    Just spoke to Purolator they said the items are still in transit and are expected to be delivered tomorrow.

    They also said maybe the newegg rep doesn't know the travel times. Hope they are right.

    I did a live chat with Purolator this morning, they said my package will be delivered tomorrow. Tracking information updated a little while ago, just arrived in Toronto. It seems the Newegg customer service rep was not familiar with actual travel times.

    just take the delivery and then rma it for refund so long as it with the 30 days they will honor it
