This is shaping up to be one of the tighest driver releases in a while

 

Do you still need to apply the PC colour range fix?
16-235 instead of 0-255 bug that's been present since 2012.

 

Nope, just working (photoshop, 3dmax, video editing etc)

btw BF4 runs in 4k high/med settings with 760 just fine

 

Nice to see that they're not limited to the 9xx cards for once. Upgrade install went straight to BSOD, clean install worked. No time to actually test yet, work is calling.

well... make benchmarks in metro... grid 3... tomb raider... hitman absolution... crysis and usf4... and really i don´t won 1 fps vs 340.72 driver... looks dx11 optimization for this branch is fake or obviously increase performance only to new 9xx series how expect nvidia make to sell it

 

Just installed, yeah still need it. When will they bloody fix this...

These are the only new entries I can see in NVIDIA Inspector since the 340.52 drivers.

• Enable sample interleaving (MFAA)
• Frame Rate Monitor Control
• NVIDIA Quality upscaling
• Virtual Reality pre-rendered frames

Not sure if this is a bug, but after installing the drivers I played Metro last light redux and the PhysX effects were screwed up..

To fix it, I had to do a manual install of the PhysX software.. So it looks like the automatic PhysX install during driver installation may be screwed up.

 

I just installed this driver and got a weird error now when trying to launch D3 ROS

"The procedure entry point Direct3DCreate9Ex could not be located in the dynamic link library d3d9.dll."

Never had this error before it pops up 5 or more times when trying to launch the game.

Tried looking around for a fix but cannot find one seems really odd to get this kinda error after installing the drivers even tried installing the directx again but didnt fix it.

the game starts fine after the 5 or so errors popping up but still kinda annoying

anyone got any tips other than going back to an older driver?

 

Stereoscopic 3D is still broken in this driver. It has been impossible to watch 3D Blu-ray movies on a TV since driver 337.50 due to some sort of artifacts/ghosting/flickering that causes serious eye fatigue.

 

Nice i test it out in a bit, next driver should have DR3 fix, at least capcom said they working with NVIDIA on the fix.

 

Infinity7 claimed on the NVIDIA forums that NVIDIA Quality upscaling works with his GTX780, even though ManuelG said it's for the GTX 980/970 only. Can someone with a 780 verify it please?

The latest GeForce Experience that comes with these drivers isn't detecting my i7 4770K CPU for some reason ...

 

Yeah, it thinks my cpu is worse then a i3 or duo core 2.

I got around it somehow but just setting up stuff in the preferences anyways.

 

No, CUVENC is still not available.
