Very nice Driver! I had the CCC Issue too(crash, no loading, some games did crash), but here is the solution:

Install the WHQL 14.8 Driver, now install this one (only choose Display Driver!)

it works awesome for me. no more Watch Dogs stuttering

use the "old" CCC : 2014.0812.1103.17905
and the new graphics driver: 9.14.10.01061

    solves the ccc crash

    thx for this driver

I use 13.12 driver & use bf4.exe ( no compatibility) instead of bf4_x86.exe, on HD 5650 mobility ( not switchable ) and till now a stable fps on low settings with no crashing.

Yup, you don't use DDU to clean up the driver from system first, normally CCC lazy to update the version number in registry. :D

hmmm, this is how i go about uninstalling drivers:

    1) uninstall dispaly adapter from device manager

    2) uninstall everything AMD/CCC related via windows install clean up

    3) finally, run driver fusion and clean up anything remaining in the registry.

so is it just a mistake or did i do something wrong? i was unsure of where to unpack the files, maybe that's why.

    Just run DDU
    http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/

Let it boot you into safe mode

Use the recommended button to remove drivers]

Boot back into normal mode and reinstall drivers

    This.

Just use DDU. Much better solution.

    Nothing.
Betas most of the time (NOT always) does not contain the version string, so, it uses the one from the last driver you had.

Yup, you are using a very old driver clean up software named as Driver Fusion, so it don't fully clean up the newest driver for you.
Just use DDU and you are good to go, except your computer has some issues with Safe Mode. :)

When did this DDU come out and what are the steps to using it?

    thanks guys.

well, everything seems to be working fine.

does anyone know how to enable/force crossfire in dead rising 3? i've tried AFR mode, it still doesn't recognize the second gpu. i've tried dead rising 2 profile...nothing.

    It was an honest question...

I don't know the first thing about how this is supposed to work, but it sounded odd that an AMD chipset driver (or app) could cause problems at Intel setups as well.

My only experience with this problem (system not waking up) was on an all-AMD rig (Ph.2 955, 790FX, 270X) but it was a Windows power scheme problem (power off HDD and USB sel. suspend that have reverted to "default" after a monthly win update...go figure) and not a Disp. Driver/Adapter issue.

I've got the same thing, yes! When I scroll pages or use the mouse cursor to roll over my screen, my core frequency goes from 150/300/1025.

Just tested the 14.30 driver custom, and first time I tried to start BF4 I had a bsod, first time ever with this pc. Now while I'm on 4K display I got scaling issues, so I tried running Windows scaling, it works for now. Now I've tried BF4 again and it worked, with amazing high fps.

    Resolution 3840x2160@60Hz

Mantle on with Ultra settings without MSAA: 90-120fps
Mantle on with Ultra settings with MSAA 4x: 60-70fps

DX11 with Ultra settings without MSAA: 100-120fps
DX11 with Ultra settings with MSAA 4X: 55-65fps

So, conclusion is for this drivers I will turn on Mantle and turn off MSAA, cause on a 4K display it's not necessary.

Have you disabled ULPS? I had freezes when starting BF4, which disappeared after disabling ULPS (thanks to velocityx's post on the first page).

    Ulpc

No, not tried it. ULPS is about the pci express link power consumption, idle or not if I'm right? Cause my 2nd graphics card turns off when I'm not gaming now, and I hear the fan make noise when I'm starting BF4 for example. But the thing it was, that my screen gave a fast bsod and it was just when I tried to launch the bf4.exe, not even the game or join a server.

Edit: I disabled ULPS now, let's reboot and see if the game is still running smoothly.

And after like 15 minutes of gaming, different servers, 4 time screen frozen. So, I enabled ULPS now in Afterburner to see how that works out.

And, it worked... but, here comes the big but:

I had issues troubling my screen, when I had some windows open and want to rearrange that, I get a big red color around it and I could only maximize it.

And well, now I'm back to 14.8 WHQL.
