    The Build

Mostly I’ll use many size acrylics and aluminums for this project
10 mm acrylics for based and 3 mm to 6mm for detailing.

As a center of DRAGON ..that also base for motherboard and other parts, I use 1cm acrylic.
For mold and cutting pattern, 9 pieces A4 letter were used..quite large.

    Glue it together

Cut the acrylic board to fit scroll saw machine

For detail cut.. I use scroll saw. Breaking 4 cutting saw when cut this head.
    No finger cut .. ***61514;

    Detailing and finishing cutting edge,
actually not much to be sanding and finishing if the right cutting saw being use.

    Done for based
    Still A lot to do.

    Heading to PSU based later.
    Thanks for coming, and comment
    …will be continues…

    PSU Mod
All weight will be centered on this, so I decided to change where the PSU will be mounted.
PSU will be at the bottom.

This old school tool still cool

very use full for straight line
    [IMG]

Pull and crack it.. your line done in 10 second
    [IMG]

back to Scroll saw, for detail cut.

Sorry for that rusty drill :)

    Tap for 5mm
    [IMG]

I will add 4mm acrylic as clip at the left and right side and screw with bolt for more strength.
But I,m gonna make some shape for it...later..

This is for previewing only, and looking for the right measurement for the PSU.
Still a lot improvement with the based.

    Case Feet
Mod continue, got another project with MSI so had a chance to continues this build now.
Start again with the case feet and still at PSU base. I intend to make air intake for PSU.

Borrow my daughter tool for round marking

    Dragon Claw

It’s already broke my cutting saw just when I start it
    [IMG]

I’ve to make one way continues cut without interrupt.
Somehow I figure out that one way clean cut make the edge more soft and less of rough edge.
