Same here. Pre-ordered the Limited Edition (Not Ghost Edition... wasn't paying that much for it) from my local GameStop, and they're having a midnight launch for it.
How did the game download 21GB already? The only thing that is my downloads are the 2 Destiny files that downloaded yesterday. Both were less than 500MB. But looking in the storage management, it says 21GB.
Not really sure, this is the first game I've pre loaded on PS4, but normally when you buy a game that's already out it only shows how much you need to download before the game is playable in the downloads section and then the rest of the files download in the background.
It's downloaded the whole game, those smaller files are just patches and possibly the game launcher. It would probably download 5 or 6GB of the game to get you started while the rest downloads in the background if the game was already released, for some reason they don't show the remaining files in the downloads list, but if you press the options button on the dashboard while highlighting the game it'll tell you how much has been downloaded and how much remains.
^ Thanks for the info. Saw I had 21GB downloaded and ready to go ! The other files will download in the background as you play. 1 more day to go. This boner of mine cannot get any bigger!
I hope that the game doesn't become boring after a couple weeks play, which it very well might do. The first expansion is not scheduled until December.
Well... you're excited now... but it'll only end one of two ways. 1) The company that shipped it put a hold on it so that delivery will be postponed until the 9th... which has been known to happen with stuff. I think i've already pre-ordered games from GameStop, and was all excited because the tracking info said it was really close to my house, but it didn't go anywhere for an entire business day. 2) You actually WILL receive it tomorrow... but won't be able to do anything with it anyway, since you'd still have to wait til it's 9/9.

Preordered the Destiny bundle a week ago for 450 euro. Today I get a mail that the price of my order has dropped to 400 euro. That makes it a free copy of the game and I may get it even lower than that with a friends code lol. That’s a pretty good deal IMO. Can’t wait for tomorrow!
Was supposed to get it today,(disc version) but looks like it tomorrow then. I could be playing it allready, mehhh.
Mine unlocks in 6 hours . Too bad I will be in bed as I have work tomorrow. I will take an off from the gym just for it!
I'm in Finland, people here are playing it, but only those with the disc version, digital buyers get to play at midnight.
