Not even close, I'm talking about reverting all the fog values back to normal (in all weather and time of day conditions)
Fog makes multiplayer impossible, racing is near impossible, Decryption is much harder and Online Hacking is really hurt by this.

I understand people who make mods have "Aesthetic" choices, but they need to keep into account those of us who require "function" over "form" in a mod, too.

Howdy, I'm sorry if this has been resolved but I couldn't seem to find an answer.

The mod looks great overall but I have one issue, the trees and shrubs sway like crazy. Is this how it always is? Is there a setting I'm missing? I used the installer to apply the mod.

Mod version 1.0 w/ maldo textures
    i7 4ghz
    GTX 780Ti
    Ultra/TXAA 4x

    Any help would be appreciated!

Perhaps the "normal/default" settings should never have been like that and this is the settings everyone should have. (to level it out)

I think it looks awesome, and yes it makes it harder, but games these days are way too easy, its a laugh. The good old days we got butchered unless we were flawless. :)

Miss those days... (and before anybody says, make a hard game then, I ALL READY AM.)

TWv1.0 doesn't have an installer. If you used the WD config tool you installed v0.8, where I think the tree's didn't move properly.

Reposted: Is there a way to merge the Ubisoft patch with TheWorse 1.0 Non MaLDo Textures?
And does it increase the overall performance in a way with the patch ? 0.99 without Maldo textures and patch had me stuttering all over the place so i just stick with the Maldo versions. I don't know about 1.0 though..

TWv1.0 already has the UBI official patch so you're good to go.

Sorry but you make me laugh.

The correct way to make a game "harder" is by increasing AI intelligence with pathing and decision-making, creating more intricate puzzles within the environment, etc, not by limiting in-game visibility.

The adherence to the fog and the depth blur borders the ridiculous. The depth blur actually makes playing more difficult. Just look at this screenshot:

    http://koti.kapsi.fi/warp/media/Watch_Dogs2014-7-22-23-21-35.jpg

How am I supposed to play like this?

Edit: The blur makes the game so annoying to play that I have no other option than to remove the mod.

This mod seems to be designed for pretty screen captures. It makes the game really annoying to play. I still don't understand why so many people are throwing praises toward it, like it were the best thing since sliced bread. It may look a bit prettier than the original (especially if you choose your screen captures carefully), but it's borderline unplayable.

Still is the best answer for: "Fog makes multiplayer impossible, racing is near impossible, Decryption is much harder and Online Hacking is really hurt by this."

And by this :"I understand people who make mods have "Aesthetic" choices, but they need to keep into account those of us who require "function" over "form" in a mod, too."
You know that you can choose to install or not this mod right? And is free, made by a regular guy not related to Ubisoft.

If you want nice graphic and smooth gameplay, then go talk to ubisoft.

yeah seems hard todo for some though some mods especialy the older versions could fail with this and overwrite the decisions of DOF and MB and would have either activated even if disabled ;)

MB and DOF are very subjective things in Gameplay though especially DOF and especially a Sprite based Bokeh DOF costs a ****load of Render Performance and creates high latency ;)

Though your mod shouldn't Destroy the DOF for the Cutscenes only disable it for the Gameplay and enable the higher Bokeh DOF for the Cutscenes :)

Anyone know if its possible to transfer all the Maldo textures to the Non Maldo version but not have that really terrible aliasing problem?

My recently Supersourav99's E3 2012 PURE Balance modifications/tweaks and its results.

    *Performance:
    HIGH - Max drop 41fps / Max peak 72fps / Avg 50fps
    MEDIUM - Max drop 45fps / Max peak 80fps / Avg 60fps

    *No stuttering at both.

no cause that would only make a non maldo version into a maldo version. plus the problem you are trying to eliminate is caused by the maldo textures themselves i believe.
