The game's looking more like some movies with heroes or anti heroes with each TW version with the use of DoF, etc. Some of those movies have a less cheerful color scheme like Max Payne.

 

They never changed. When I uploaded TheWorse mod with Maldo's textures I always pulled them from the WD config tool. If you're interested in the mod without Maldo's textures but want the rocks just pull the _rocks folder out first before deleting the graphics folder in v1.0.

 

I'll break down and get the disrupt program. I unpacked, edited and repacked files in FarCry (the first one) way back in those days, so I should be able to do it for WD. And then I can just read posts to help with any stuttering on vanilla textures.

If an official version without Maldo's textures isn't released by this afternoon I'll upload a copy. I'm also looking into the WD config tool, curious about repackaging it with v1.0. I can upload that instead if anyone would be interested in it.

i installed the game ,how to install the worse mod v1 with maldo ???
please help, i have no idea about this.

and is it recommended to install ubi patch 1.03 or keep the game without update ??

Is it a real vacation like a break from work or school even if you spend the time at home relaxing, or is it a break from all the stuff you have to deal with here? Sorry that was a bit sarcastic but I was still wondering. And I still like some of the mods a lot like 0.8v with tree fix.

 

I was wondering about the WD tool for v1.0, that would be awesome and definitely complete the mod!

guys i increased graphic settings and stuttering was almost gone decreased very much

0.99 rules here is a video with in gamesettings and 0.99 maldo textures only no video editing

still download v1.00 will record with fraps in it later

So, yeah, that's a good question: How DOES one install the 1.0v mod?

I see the two files:

patch.dat and patch.fat

...do we just drop them into a folder?

Sorry guys, so it seems that the WD config tool is coded a bit differently than I expected. I figured it installed config options by folder, not the actual file names. I don't think it's possible without the source code since the mod now has more files than v0.8 had. I could test it without the additional files not found in v0.8, but that's rather pointless. So either way, not official but here's v1.0 without Maldo's textures (though I did leave the rock textures)
