    [*]SWEETFX INSTALLATION PROCESS:
    -Download the .rar and place the files inside your Watch Dogs/bin folder
    (If you have Windows 8.1 this may not work with you. So you may have to find a guide for that)

    For W8.1

    Fire, Smoke, Object Detail, Spotlight, Lens-Flares and textures were better quality on E3, compared to your first shot. Second shot is nothing like the E3 daytime. Sadly....

    So is the HDR lighting broken in the engine then?
    The first worse mod I used had broken inside lighting.
    I finished the game with 0.8 (turned DOF off) and felt kind of pleased with the graphical experience. A bit of stutter here and there.

    I wasn't after the full E3 thing, just as many bells and whistles as possible seeing as they were left 'on disc'

    The lighting outside the club in E3 was completely different and i don't think Mr.Worse can bring that back. Light sources removed/changed. And an nvidia partnership with no physx... silly mistake.

    The biggest thing seems to be crowd density, dynamic lighting shadows and rain. Everything else is just turbo charging what's there already (and fixing the fking stutter)

    THis game is up there with spore for missed potential.

    So use RadeonPro for implementing SweetFX.

    Just to say I love 0.97c ! I tried other mods, but I come back each time to yours ! It restores what misses to a PC version of the game, keeping ambiance similar to vanilla. And the SweetFX preset I use fits very well.
    Everything is to ultra except Textures at High with Maldo Fix and Temporal SMAA.

    I still have a few stuttering that would need further optimisations (shadows or Lod I think). I think TOD would need a modif. Sometimes, it should rain often, other times not. There are no seasons ! I think 0.72 is a too weak ratio for rain, but 1.0 is too often. Why not something like 0.83 ?
    Plus bugs said above.

    Thank you !

    The threshold doesn't work like that. Less means more, so 0.72 means it will rain more often.

    About stuttering and such, I'm not going to do more optimizations. I've noticed that 1.0 lod ratio makes close buildings and geometry work worse that it should. So I've changed some values in order to restore quality. This is not a performance mod, if anyone still think it is. 0.99 is very close though, with the new camera values, new light dof values, exposure reduced for daylight, spotlight volumes for the helicopter and light color changed too, and more things. Don't ask me to improve more the performance, I did my best and I will not downgrade the quality of the game just for some fps. I can run the game better than before and with no stuttering.

    Hi all I was losing fps when around a lot of grass foliage. with the 0.97c +maldo version.
    so I just unpacked the patch.fat file with gibbed.disrupt.unpack then went into the patch unpacked file that was made. then graphics, _textures, and deleted the vegetation file. repack and rename it to original patch name. place it back into the watch dogs bin. got my fps back to 0.7 mod performance. love ur work.

    @TheWorse

    By Using Maldo Textures and High shadows, no lag at all, even with TXAAx2.

    I think I will survive ^^

    @TheWorse

    Any chance of getting E3 car headlight lens flairs?
    Also, rain should drip from objects, smoke should be moving more fluid in the wind, and rain should blow with the wind more predominantly, just like misty rain drizzling on a windy day.
    And spot lights on the police helicopter should be a cobweb white colour, not blue. Any chance you can restore the E3 spotlight?

    Thanks man!

    Hey, remember that?

    Here's screenshot from the vanilla

    So I guess there's nothing you can do to reduce that light inside L-Train.
    By the way it happens only when it's late night and raining.
