Ok can you be more specific , i have infact 2 sticks 4gb each and you mean i must have 3 in a total of 12gb , why this will help or what ?
just saying I picked up my key 3dmark 2013[on sale] from steam last year and my marks went down 2k with the steam download if I downloaded any where else the key was picked up and my marks went back up to where they were in the basic version just ran mine at mem 3557 x 2 core 1215 + 1228 http://www.3dmark.com/fs/2372210 15150
My memory bandwidth in dual channel is faster than x58 in tri channel. Your will get higher fps in tri channel. I believe this bottleneck is more of a problem than your cpu.

did not try a single card ,but did try it a month after [same version] same out come so now I just load the updates from here.
I have another set of 3 sticks but are 6gb and i think is low so thats why i use this 2 whit 8gb I will try this setup again whit 3 sticks to see if i have another performance thanks I let you now how its work
If I run 3dmark through steam I get lower score so download it from here and try again. I used to run a X58 and its a triple channel and will run faster with 3 sticks of ram.
I tried it and not much of a difference, gained 50-150 points here and there.. Guess its SLI specific.
I didnt uninstall anything and installed fine. Also it was already activated from steam. I have steam version on separate disk partition.

yes i try every where to find my key becose i was thinking they would ask for that when i install the 3dmark but no that was not the case at son i install the 3dmark it recognized me dont now how but is cool.
Well i was thinking about this steam crap i remove 1 card and run fire strike and i get same points whit steam 9500 its like sli dont work whit steam
Hi eny of you guys have a 780 B1 revision , because i have one whit revision A1 whit memory samsung and another whit B1 memory Hynix i surf the web for some information and they said the revision B1 is better and supoust to be ghz edition but is same speed than stock.
just a props to -Tj- for getting 83fps minimum in the batman ao benchy yesterday with his 780, truly impressive. 1080 maxed using high fxaa.
Just out of curiosity (and to have a plan B if the 880s don't bring much of a gain), I am considering moving towards a 780 6GB SLI for my next system. Any advice on which manufacturer to get regarding noise (not just pure performance) and heat?
