Hi everyone im new to this site

    so i have a dell latitude e6540 with i7 4800HQ ( with HD 4600) and amd 8790M ( so enduro system )

when i wanna play games ;( of course powersuply is set to max performance and switchable graphics to high performance and i have latest intel drivers and amd 14.6 modded of mahmoudelfar correctly installed ) i noticed that even in low details and low resolution i barely reach 10 fps in bf4 watch dogs .....and the 8790M should perform much better

so i checked in gpu-z i foud that my card was stuck at low default clock 150mhz

here is a pic : (tape http befor the link )

Use drivers from AMD's site, no modded one you don't need a modded one.

Try running MSI Afterburner and set the clock with it, see if it wakes up your memory.
