Should of mentioned I had the game capped at 30fps.

 

I have never had a problem with an AC game other than they released AC3 after the console versions which I think is how they got away with the PC version looking so much better. I even had a few friends who played it and said it looked "too good", I have no idea what that means.

As far as watch dogs goes, I am willing to give UBI a little bit of slack because this is their first modern, free roaming, shooter. Then unfortunately I have to take that slack back because they delayed the game to make it "perfect" and then nerfed the graphics.

 

Then left notes in the engine code saying "This is for PC only, no on cares".

 

I would not see anything malicious in that. The code segment in which this was found was relevant only to consoles.

This basically was to tell anyone working on this portion of the code to discard this as it does not have anything to do with consoles.

 

One of the things I'm really looking forward to is parkour up nd parkour down, I guess if you hold B instead of a while free running you will descend in the fasted manner down the building side, you see him do it right at the beginning of the SP demo shown at E3, it's good they added a fast way to get down other than jumping into a wagon full of hey

Nothing to comment on really aside from visuals.
It does look nice. Hopefully they enhance the PC version beyond the PS4/Xbox One capabilities.

Nvidia is once again partnering with them.

 

Nice 1. Really love the way you can get down from buildings now, instead of jumping into a haypile. That and the coop part will be the best things about it i guess.

 

perhaps free with a gpu otherwise it'll be on uplay crimbo sales for me.
i'd shell out for fc4 but not this, i'm sure it'll be great though and if I have funds i'll go for it.

 

Yeah, I really dig the new movement system as well.
Sacking off the 360/PS3 finally allowed them to evolve their design.

I just found these, don't know if they were posted before.

 

Their engine seems really impressive but on closer inspection the character models aren't all that detailed. The IQ in the tech trailer (not the IGN video) is also really awful.

I'm curious to know what are they working on with Nvidia.
Hopefully something more than just TXAA (which I dislike) and HBAO+. I'd like some sweet Turbulence smoke, NVDOF, PCSS.

 

Love the big masses of ppl they can manage to show & animate. Really need to hurry up, i'm still in the middle of AC4

 

The graphics are impressive, but i think we'll get a small downgrade, still impressive tho.I really like the lightning, especially the indoors and the whole setting of the city.As for the optimization, i don't expect any, but we'll see.

No, it does not compute.

We will need to make up for that with sheer brute force, as always with Ubisoft's crappy ports.

THe best one has to be "remember watch_dogs" .

 

I reinstalled the ac4, but finding it difficult to get any interest about it, probably just uninstall it tbh, I dunno it was my first ass creed game and I enjoyed it the first couple times I installed it but now after playing other games it just seems kinda meh now.
things like when you get close to the women they turn black and white put me off, and the way folks walk around like in slo-mo if you watch them for long enough. perhaps i'm missing my pistols but I dunno ..maybe i'll just forget about ac5, having too many games is almost as bad as having not enough.

 

The draw distance in AC4 is too damn low. I notice this too many times, except on the ocean when sailing.

I'm tired of Ubisoft not caring about it's PC ports. Each game I've played from them the last two years has had f**king performance problems or annoying bugs!

 

What problems did AC4 give you?
