I think like 30 mins or so. I've uploaded right under the 500mb max for free accounts. Maybe 10 mins for first conversion, maybe another 20 for HD.

    Kop u rock.

Sam for me if it's the Ubi patch + the Worse mod i'm OKAY to take it because I got several graphical glitches with textures and walls that appear anywhere and flickering shadows

Well until the mod becomes compatible with the latest patch, heres some picys I captured! :)

To capture these shots Ive been using a couple of things including the work in progress "E3 2012 graphics mod" by TheWorse over at Guru3D that re-enables graphics settings that
have been disabled and hidden away by Ubisoft.

Check out his mod here: http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=390114

Second, I have been using a SweetFX preset to alter the games colours, gamma, contrast and saturation etc to make it look more realistic. There are many presets now but the one I
have been using for a while is this one by Piterrrxd.

    Check it out here: http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/1686/

To get the SweetFX working for Watch Dogs I followed this video by JeZ tK, there is a link to the SweetFX preset and RadeonPro in the video description. Watch his video for a guide
to successfully install SweetFX for Watch Dogs. Id recommend using the link to the preset on the youtube page as it is the exact same preset made by Piterrrxd but altered to work
with RadeonPro. (And yes, RadeonPro works with Nvidia cards as well as ATI)

Check out the video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHGd1wwyILI

Lastly, the different camera angles is acheived by using a Cheat Table for The Cheat Engine made by jim2point0, this allows you to change the FOV, Stop Time, Free Camera and
    Time of Day.

More info and his Cheat Table can be found here: http://www.deadendthrills.com/forum/discussion/221/watch-dogs

The images were all captured ingame with the mods above, I have only used simple image editing to hide some HUD icons and the crosshair that got in the way!

Running the game at 1920x1080 res.

Heres a link to the rest of the shots I captured - https://www.flickr.com/photos/neoglow89/

    Enjoy :)

If it was a patch they promised we would've seen the game version indicator in main menu. It's not there, it's not the actual patch, calm your tits.

For god's sake... it's not an actual patch...

The little patch they released was only about 14mb - and it's actually caused stuttering on my game.

@neoglow, I don't see any Battery Icon in those shots. How did you get rid of it? ^^

WARNING: This is not the actual patch! This is a pre-patch! Please wait for the actual patch before sending the files to TheWorse.

You will know when the actual patch is installed when you see version 1.03v in the main game.

    Thank you.

I see the version number in the main menu. I hope you didn't forget to erase the mod before letting the game download the patch. ^^
