After hours testing... Watch Dogs (E3 Bloom effect working)

Open with notepad. Mine didn't say "Quality=_runtime" like others are saying. I found the Quality=optimal for mine. Just look for Quality=*something* and change that so it looks like Quality=ultra

 

Hm Cheat Engine cheat will not work haha am I doing something wrong?

 

The sound format is the same as Far Cry 3.. The format can be decoded to mp3/wav but not encoded back (unless some miracle happened since the last time I looked into this) to the games proprietary format. (sbao/spk).

So.. Nope.. You can't.

That's the crap I get when I enable MSAA, using SMAA (Or Temporal SMAA) works.

 

Just registered to say thank you for this beautiful mod. It really adds a lot to the game and makes it more enjoyable to play. Definitely one of the nicer looking games on PC.

 

Made an account on here just to say thank you! I first purchased this game on Xbox one. I was so disappointed with the graphics, I purchased the pc version. I was even more disappointed because the graphics weren't much better and the constant stuttering made me go back to the X1 version. No with this, the game is stunning and my stuttering is almost completely gone. Thank you so much! I feel so much better about buying this game now and am so excited to wake up tomorrow on my day off and play some more. Once again THANK YOU!!!!

Just a question, when you say you plan to change the fog values in upcoming updates on page 1, do you mean like the E3 2012 showing?

 

what about the e3 gas station explosion did u unpacked ?

 

Could u please share ur XML file? And what exactly have u done with ur XML files, what changes have u made? or are all the changes within Patch.dat itself?

TheWorse, you did great with this release, i can play all at ultra and MSAA 8x with almost no stutterings now, no fps drops like i had before. Just awsome

5 gigs of Vram used and it runs nice and smooth

Thanks to you we can use our hardware and enjoy the game so beautiful it was capable of.

nice work looks great and runs well for me. @theworst can you check camera placement for when your driving a lager vehicle like the cement mixer seems to be very high using the far 0.7

Do your settings apply to "high" or there are some "ultra " exclusive?
Which features are getting enabled by modifying "Quality="?
Can I set the other individual settings on my own or "Quality=" works like a preset setting?

THAT IS GREAT NEWS! It's not that I didn't want the bloom, fog, smoke, etc, just wanted to dial it in to my preferences. I was getting clouds of smoke just bumping a motorcycle into a guardrail. LOL
