So im trying to deal with my problem for quite a while but i cant fix it.The problem is that the drivers crash often while playing bf4 watching videos on youtube or just simply using mozzila firefox.:bang: I have tried reinstaling windows i have changed a lot of drivers(for driver uninstaling i use only DDU from guru3d) but still i cant fix my issue. I am hoping that someone could help me and sorry about grammar issues.
my gpu is fine i had the same issue with my previous gpu but since gpu was old i thought that i need a new one i didnt bother but now my new gpu has the same issue and that is realy annoying. i will trie disabling hardware acceleration. Im not sure that i can give it to RMA but i can trie(bought it on internet).
So, did you try reinstall Windows yet? If not, you can give DDU a try, it can be the driver is not clean up yet.
I have reinstaled windows and i use only DDU for driver uninstaling. And disabling hardware acceleration didnt help either.
You have "according to your system specs" a Random 550watt psu. If its really some kind of "no-name" PSU, I would check that first. I used to have in the past a no-name 600watt psu, and when playing intensive game , my HDDs where turning ON and OFF. And it was a 600Watt but damm cheap. I changed it to an Antec (+-550 I dont remember) and it fixed everything. Now I have a Corsair 1KWatt its more than enough and this thing is a beast in quality.
well its not exactly no-name psu its altis 550w psu. But it was cheap. It worked fine with my old gpu but still I will try to test the gpu with different psu.
That is a no-name PSU which no doubt uses terrible components. Please buy a decent one from a reputable brand and replace it, as it is not fit to run an office PC let alone a gaming one.
And even worst, some PSU makers send a normal quality PSU to the reviewer+for the verification, then sell a crappy one... Saving money on the PSU is not wroth it, as it can damage all your hardware that need power.
I didnt had any problems with my pc until I bought that 7770(I have it since this years February). Tuesday ill try the gpu with a decent psu.
Ya, some 7770 user having issues with driver that get update with R7 R9 coming out, but it look like their issues is fixed. You can try driver that before support R7 R9, and see did it still having issues.
So I guess it is still a hardware issues, what happen if you using this graphic card on the other computer with difference PSU and motherboard?
So it is not a software issues(driver issues) I think. Try switch the PSU of your computer and see did this works. If not, then it might be motherboard, check your motherboard setting first.
I dont think that my motherboard could be the reason cuz its an Asus maximus VI Gene, but i will defenetly try swapping psu.
