Thank you. Is this the best Tweaking app? I see it has overclocking too, is this enough and i shouldn't use separate overclocking program? P.S. I wonder, is there any registry tweaks that unlock more tweaking option in Nvida control panel, I mean for some reason i had a feeling that there is overclocking and temperature panel in nvidia driver similar to AMD one? Or im wrong? or maybe they had it long time ago and removed?
What you are probably thinking of is the old coolbits, nTune, and system tools. Yeah, we don't do that anymore. Even if you are on an AMD card you are better off using Afterburner/Precision. Also, many of the features in radeonpro work on NVidia cards. That + inspector and you are set. Unless you have a card with special extra features that work on a certain OC program (like the Hawk MSI cards) there is not much of a difference between overclocking in Inspector and the RivaTuner based programs. I personally use Inspector to OC so I can force power states, and Precision to monitor.
Radeon Pro is/was a tool for most ATI/AMD users, though some features do work for genereal purposes. So its a great tool, but NVInspector is better for just NVIDIA, combined with MSI AB or EVGA Precision?
Actually I use both Inspector and RadeonPro. Inspector lets you tweak the driver and RP lets you add triple buffering, force refresh rates, lock the frame time, and inject SweetFX 1.4 all at the same time. AFAIK there is simply no other way to get both TB and SFX together.
