From what I understand, you aren't going to be able to get much more out of the C-50 performance-wise with overclocking. Generally what's more useful with them is undervolting to improve battery life. The C-50 and Bobcat/Brazos as a whole is in no way intended for any sort of task that would benefit from overclocking in my opinion.

Here is a program that supposedly works for Bobcat/Brazos CPUs: https://code.google.com/p/brazostweaker/
That'll let you adjust the voltages and clock speed of the CPU.

For the GPU (the Radeon 6250), you could give MSI AfterBurner a shot: http://forums.guru3d.com/forumdisplay.php?f=55

    As with all overclocking/overvolting/underclocking/undervolting stuff:
    1. Read up on what things are doing. Don't just blindly put numbers into boxes.
    2. Your mileage may vary. Some chips can be pushed more than others. Just because your friend can get a 30% overclock on his CPU doesn't mean you can get even a 5% overclock on your CPU, even if it's the same CPU.
    3. You assume all the risks and any damages that become of them.
