Specially registrated to say THANKS for this great build!
HP dropped support for my HP dv7-6000er notebook (with AMD6650 and ATI4250 v-cards) when the drivers were 8.x versions for them. And I had no any ability to disable legacy card to use drivers from AMD support. (no bios options/updates for this)
With this build I finally can use 13.x version of drivers for both 4250 and 6650m video cards. 6650m is defined as "%6741.36%" but no problems.
On Windows 7 I can freely use any of the cards but I use only 4250 for energy saving.

On Windows 8.1 I have some problems with this build. When I use both v-cards everything is ok. But when I try to use only 4250 (use PowerExpress switching option in CCC) I get freezed screen (except my cursor which is fine) and then black screen with sometimes showing the cursor and current language layout at the bottom right of the screen for a moment.
I will be very glad if you help me to resolve this issue.

I'm planning on Updating the Avivo package but I would like you to provide
some final information before I make any changes.

When using the Settings Option in Media Expresso all Hardware Decode
and Hardware Encode Options are Selectable along with Video Options
    -TrueTheatre Autolight
    -TrueTheatre Denoise
    -TrueTheatre HD

    Edited
Ok, Hardware Encoding is greyed out for HD 4000 Users
so it's possible this applies all legacy users.

So I would like to ask what should I be looking for?
This Test was done on an HD 5570 will now check
    the HD 4000 Series Gpu.

Thanks your ID is now updated to HD 3800 Series.

Try using the GPU Restarter then closing Catalyst Control Center just before
    the Switch by ending Mom.exe

Hi Dellon, thanks for the update.

I tested the latest ATI Catalyst 12.11 B11 HotFix 10 P6 V11.10.6.8.5 Un-Official Build (PRE 4) (the one posted before reuploading it) on my 4870X2 rig and I noticed the following:

1- The previously reported OpenGL bug is still there.
2- I had to uninstall the supplied AVIVO and manually install AVIVO version 11.7.0.11109 to get GPGPU functions to work.
3- I had to install OpenCL SDK manually as well since they are not supplied.
4- Skyrim is still flickering with very low framerate and stuttering (possibly due to a CrossfireX problem).
5- I would recommend reducing the length of folder names of upcoming releases, they are getting way too long and it's getting more difficult to track the version numbers, WinRAR gave me an error message regarding the lengthy folder names, why don't you start renaming the upcoming releases with shorter version numbers so that keeping track would be more convenient.
6- The latest Norton detected the two setup.exe files located in /bin and /bin64 folders and reported them infected with Trojan.ADH, I'm not sure if it's a false positive or not but I had to use the two setup.exe files from the official AMD release.

Keep up the good work and thanks again.

PhysX is required for AMD users but that only applies to getting the game
or possibly an Application to run. Otherwise PhysX does not work with AMD
Graphic Cards. (Well at least for the latest version of PhysX)

That's good to know. Are you still experiencing the bug in which results in
multiple Drivers becoming corrupt when the driver cleaner is used?

    Skyrim Answer:
Have you tried using the Legacy Performance Switchers for Skyrim?
They support both DirectX 9 and 10. Try alternating between Versions.

You can also try using the CrossFireX GPU Switcher.

    Avivo Package
I can't seem to find the build you listed above. Do you by chance know
which version of Catalyst it's associated with?

    OpenCL Answer:
OpenCL SDK Package is not included because it got integrated into
the actual Driver. Therefore OpenCL should already be working.
or is that not the case for you?

    Other Thoughts
You can check for OpenCL Support by using GPU Caps Viewer.

Hi Dellon, thanks again for the update
I tested the latest ATI Catalyst 12.11 B11 HotFix 10 P6 V11.10.6.8.5 (PRE 4) (after you reuploded it) on my 4870X2 rig and I found the following results :

1- The previously reported OpenGL bug is still not fixed.
2- OpenCL is detected works fine without the need to install OpenCL SDK.
3- I uploaded AVIVO64 version 11.7.0.11109 to you, you can grab it from this link.
4- I managed to get Skyrim to work by renaming the exe to fallout3.exe, looks like the latest release has an outdated or missing skyrim cap profile for CrossfireX, after renaming the exe Skyrim works fine.
5- Norton also detected two Trojan.ADH infections in both setup.exe files located in /bin and /bin64, you should san your files with an up-to-date antivirus software and make sure they are 100% clean.
6- Although the folder name is a bit shorter this time and WinRAR didn't complain this time when extracted the folder, it is still unnecessarily very long, especially the version number, why don't you start renaming it from scratch since I don't think it is easy to keep track with such a very long version number, try something simpler like 14.01.0D.

    Thanks again for your work.

Thanks for Testing. I will reduce the name to something easier to
remember in the future. Since the driver has been stuck on HotFix 10
for quite awhile I could update to HotFix 11 then continue on with 11.0.1 etc.

I tried the Avivo Package you uploaded but I'm unable to see the
difference. (The Video Encoder option in Media Expresso still remains greyed out.) Therefore I would like to ask how do I determine whether the Avivo
Package is broken or not? What should I Look for?

Here's what I usually do to get AVIVO to work :

1- uninstall any previously installed AVIVO packages.
2- restart windows (this is very important)
3- install the provided AVIVO package via AMD installer (replace the old package with the provided one)
4- Make sure you have the latest version of MediaEspresso, start it and both Enable hardware encoding and Enable hardware decoding options in settings should be available.
5- Check both options and try to convert some video file using MediaEspresso and conversion should progress normally.

Yea, this option is still broken for my Graphic. (either that or not supported)
The GPU that's currently being used to perform the Test is an ATI HD 4350.

    EDITED
Ok, I uploaded an Experimental Package for Testing
Please try it and let me know if the encoder is still broken.

    Notes:
-Updated the Visual C++ 2012 to Speed up the
    installation Process.
-Updated Avivo Package to resolve a bug in
which all files were not installed.

    Instructions
    >Cleanup All Packages before Use.
    >Run the Alternate Installer as an Admin
then press enter and all Software
    installation will be automated.
    >To use this with AMD Setup delete
your current APP Folder located in
    the modded driver Package Folder.
then copy the App folder or replace
    the Package Folder.

    Hi Dellon,
I tested the Experimental Package and I can confirm that the encoder is broken with them.
As I mentioned earlier, manually installing AVIVO verion 11.7.0.11109 fixes the encoder.

    Dellon,

Thanks for this driver! I really appreciate that someone is still fixing the issues which AMD considers too old to bother with. Your mod makes FTL work on my Win8.1 desktop!

Just a little bug, though. I installed the Firefox text corruption fix, and for some reason Firefox is still distorting some graphics & text. (And only Firefox, none of my other programs do this.) And I found it distorting a javascript image gallery in an oddly consistent manner. Would attach screen, but evidently not allowed.

    Windows 8.1
    Firefox 26.0
    Core 2 Duo 3GHz
Radeon HD 48xx (if you need more exact model #, can find the box)
using modded driver, but not the switcher

Thanks for Testing I updated the driver to resolve the Avivo bug.
One Final Test I would like you to do would be to Test if Avivo
is enabled after a reboot or after all packages and drivers are
    installed.

The script seems to be broken. After resolving the issue I will provide a fix.

    EDITED
The latest HotFix 11.01 should resolve the problem you are experiencing

    Hi Dellon,

To get AVIVO to work I install the drivers first, then reboot, then install AVIVO version 11.7.0.11109, you need to reboot windows after installing the drivers for the first time before installing AVIVO, then you can install/uninstall/reinstall AVIVO version 11.7.0.11109 for GPGPU to work correctly without rebooting after each installation/uninstallation/reinstallation.

    Thanks

Hmm, you should be able to express install everything then restart
your system. So you won't have to selectively install everything.

    For Example
The installation process for AMD Setup goes as followed:
    C++ Packages First
    Drivers Second and
    Packages Last.
After that comes the restart where the driver get's correctly
    loaded into System.

    Hi Dellon,
It looks like AVIVO will ONLY work if you selectively install version 11.7.0.11109 after the first reboot, it won't work otherwise even if you rebooted after installing the package. In short the only way I got AVIVO to work is : Install driver without AVIVO -> reboot -> Install AVIVO version 11.7.0.11109. Otherwise GPGPU won't work.

Did this occur when you did an express install of all
packages or possibly a Custom install of all packages?

    Other Thoughts
Would you like to Write up an Avivo Guide
For HD 4000 Users and below?
