Mobility Radeon HD 5650 Windows 8.1 issuses

It just get updated, and they are the same files, based on the file size.

They just lazy to update the one for Windows 8.1 page.:nerd:

Hello everybody, guys!!! I finally found the solution!!

All you have to do (at least for me, it works) is to set a parameter in the register: "FeatureTestControl" from the value that it have to "f940" (please make a backup before to do this)

P.S. I don't have all this keys that this link report, but i find out that once you modified the first FeatureTestControl, it automatically modified all the others "check they out with f3 and have a look, just for being sure)

Final solution

go to your device manager, drop down display adapters, and disable the AMD adapter. problem solved!!
