Hmm, I'm still not sure what you are referring too. Especially when you say System Wide. Therefore can you list some applications so I can properly look into the problem.

No, it's also compatible with Windows 8.1. It Supports both x32 Bit and x64Bit. I use that tool to access safe mode when I need too.

Other Thoughts
You may experience problems with the tool if you dual boot your PC with another OS.

phew thanks for that software .. i wasn't able to go safe mode without it....i installed the driver....good so far..hope no GSOD in games coz was so annoying bug for me...gonna test it

wow i no longer experience any GSOD or BSOD :thumbup::grin: been long time playing Batman Arkham Origins & Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag and good so far..i've no idea how you fixed GSOD..but glad u did it Well Done.

Yes, I use dual boot, that could have been the problem.
Finally, I was able to install the 13.9 legacy driver in W8.1.
I know this driver brings some unblocked cool features, but, does that means more FPS in games?

hi dellon tested your latest drivers ATI Catalyst 12.11 B11 HotFix 10 P6 V11.10.6.7.7.6All Supported OS it installed ok with singature v0.2 but it dosent open ccc in installs it but simply dosent open.i did a clean uninstall with yours and ddu9.8.1 also driver fusion at safe mode i think your asimple cleanup utility did some mistake deleting vcredist stuff.Also i cant made atikmdag32B.sys work normal without giving "display driver stopped responding" frenquently, i got testmode on.Also can you send me the link which tells what every .dlls does cause i wanna add some stuff to 10.4 mobility driver which for me in win8.1 is perfectly stable so far but misses opencl,appprofile stuff like that.My card Ati HD Mobility 4300.Hope a solution?

atikmdag32B.sys?? That's weird. That file is for Previous Legacy Graphic Card. So if you are using that then there is bound to be problems.

Try leshcat labs. If I remember correctly Kev and Leshcat had put together a list.

Cleaning, is meant to clean up Visual C++ 2010 and 2012 as it's re-installed by the driver again.

Btw what's your Graphic Card ID's. Maybe I made a mistake on my end . Btw are you using a 32Bit OS or a 64 Bit OS?

What steps did you perform when installing the driver?

 

im using 64bit OS as for visual c++'s my mistake wasnt c++ problem.CCC simply dosent open as for atikmdag32b.sys still same only happens when im on browser ,while gaming no problem.
My Card ID PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9552.For installing only singature workaround and ccc, tried amd display driver but works only with disable driver singature.

 

Hmm, it seems as the driver is still in it's per-installed state on your pc. Therefore I would like to ask you to do the following.

Guide to Determining a problem
Run Both Driver and Package Cleaner included
in the Dx9 Switcher Folder.
-Check Program Files and Program Files x86 Folder
for any AMD/ATI Folders
-Check SysWOW64/System32 Folders for any
AMD/ATI Folders
-IF Files and Folder are Found
Enter Safe Mode and run the Cleaner again.
-Exit Safe Mode then Enter Normal Mode.
-Run the AMD Setup again then choose Signature Workaround
and the Upgrade Option along with any other packages.
DO NOT INSTALL the "AMD Display Driver"
Report Back.

 

ok tryed still the same ccc wont start when i click catalys control center for first time it makes my pc not responding for few seconds after that turns normal when click second,third... does nothing.also upgrade option dosent install only signature workaround i think cant more than one display install at same time or whatever it is.?

works great for my old x1650 GPU, it improved the performance in euro truck simulator 2 and in gothic 3.

 

ok now everythink installed fine with "Failed Installation Workaround" but still ccc wont open when i rebooted and when it booted up is sayz" catalys control center host application has stopped working" and i checked in registry for settings found"hkey_local_machine-system-controlset001-control-class-{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}-0000-UMD i know that in umd where red and blue stings but now i only have red(string) seems blue(binary) ones arent there cause early i used to change catalys al from 31 00 00 to 32 00 00 to make it advanced instead standart hopes this helped?

 

That's probably a conflict with old AMD/ATI Drivers.
Try Uninstalling and Re-Installing Everything with the latest
Dx9 Switcher.

Nope the same.May i try a different ccc from previous ones or mabye formatt my pc tomorrow dont now for now im sleeping have to wake up early.I think this happened mabye cause of vcredis that where deleted during asimple cleanup utility mabye not if it install fine after formatting im sure it cause of asimple cleanup.
