Actually, just the opposite; When you watch flash content and then play games, games absolutely contain artifacts then %70 BSOD occur (KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE)

i tried with dde and without in win 7.installing experimental and normal build gave the error not digi sign for amkmdag.sys.when using drive cleaner for experimental build gave this error:coinst.dll is either not designed to run in windows or it contains an error.for the driver i uploaded i used this tool(dseo13b.exe) while i was in 8.1,to sign all the cat files in packages\drivers.by doing this it also added in the C8150272.inf the 2 lines that i mentioned to you that were missing and restarted.tried to install but i came up with the error: that it can't find the files that are referred in the inf file(if i remember correctly) and didn't installed the driver but it installed the catalyst control(visible in the tray).then i copied 3 files from 11.3 and put it in 7.4(difxapi.dll and the other 2 files that were referring in the inf file and added after i signed the cat file) but still nothing.so i replaced all the dl,sy etc files in B134676 from 11.3 version and also replaced the setup.exe from 11.3.i clearly have no clue what i did and made it to work.i hope you can

    Driver installation failed

    Mobility HD 4650, Win 8.1 x64 here.
Tried normal Installation including package and Driver cleaning first, did not work, then tried These two methods.

After HD 2000-4000 Signature Worrkaround Experimental Build Installation, Windows says I Need a signed Driver.

Then after ATI Catalyst 12.11 B11 HotFix 10 P6 V11.10.6.7.7.4All Supported OS Installation, the Report.xml says Display and HDMI Audio Driver: not succesfull, Error message: Driver Installation failed.

Device Manager says the digital signature for the Driver of this device could not be verified. [...] (Code 52).

    What am I doing wrong?
    Is this the "signature bug"?

    Note:
Users who have followed all steps, and still encounter the signature bug.
don't be alarmed as the build is not expected to work. Instead it attempts
to provide a workaround for users experiencing the signature bug. Therefore
the build is provided as an Experimental Build and not a Official BETA Release
in which the previous build and notes are removed.

    HD 2000-4000 Experimental Build v0.2
For Users experiencing the Signature Bug

    Installation Guide
    -Download and Extract
    -Run both aSimple Cleanup Utility
    and aSimple Driver Cleanup.
-Install the Driver Through AMD Setup Express Installation
-Install the Driver Through AMD Setup Custom Installaton
by selecting the Signature Workaround and the Display Driver.
    -Installation Complete.

Wow, that was fast. Just installed it, only via custom Installation though, because I was faster than your edit lol.
    with both cleaners.

    Device Manager says
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM v1.1)
    Driver:
    Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
    20.06.2012
    8.97.10.6
    Signature: Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility

CCC opens without Errors. Powerplay is broken (see screenshot).

    Installation Report.xml:
    Signature Workaround: successfull
Display Driver & HDMI Audio Driver: unsuccessfull
    Error Messages: Driver Installation failed.

And as a Bonus, Catalyst --> Information --> Software:
    Code:
    Treiber-Paketversion	8.97-120404a-136823E-ATI

    Official legacy beta works

    You know what?
I just installed the official 13.4 beta legacy. It refuses to install the Display Driver, so just deinstall it from device Manager while checking the "delete Driver" box. Then scan for changed Hardware and Point to the extracted Installation Folder.

    Now I have
    Code:
    Driver version	8.97.100-130424a-156445E-ATI
    Catalyst-Version	13.4
    Vendor	Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
    2D Driver version	8.01.01.1248
    2D Driver path	/REGISTRY/MACHINE/SYSTEM/ControlSet001/Control/Class/{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}/0000
    Direct3D-Version	7.14.10.0911
    OpenGL-Version	6.14.10.11672
    Catalyst Pro Control Center-Version	2013.0424.1225.20315
Is there any reason to use your modded Driver when I can actually use the official one?

This isn't the driver listed in my package......Check Device manager to see if Windows installed the WDDM 1.1 Driver. If it did you should have multiple drivers installed.

Well that's up to you, so far my driver have not installed on your system.
It seems the signature is not being added to the trusted root store so installation ends in failure. Therefore I would like to ask you to perform the following steps

    Go to c8150272.cat
Right click on it and choose properties.
    Select the Digital Signature Tab
    Select Advanced Micro...........
    Go to details
    Go to View Certificate.
    Choose Install Certificate.
    Select Local Machine then Continue.
Select Place all Certificate in Following Store.
Choose Browse and look for (Trusted Root Certification Authorities)
Choose Continue after selecting Trusted Root
Continue on until Installation is Complete.
    Attempt Installing the Driver Again.

But is it not better for me to use the 13.4 Driver? Can your package do something which I can't do with the official beta? Or is it primarily meant for People with switchable graphics, for which AMD does not provide official Drivers?

Thanks for your answers regarding safe mode installation. Back to your questions now. The complete message says:

“NO AMD Graphics Driver is installed or the AMD Driver is not functioning properly. Please install the amd driver appropriate to your AMD hardware.”

You are right about my display being stuck at 1024x768 or 800x600 (I can't remember now) when wddm is not installed before the modded driver.

BTW Can be this issue when I need to install driver over existing WDDM driver cause of my eternal windows 7 problem with scrolling/full screen videos (in any resolution) lags?! This problem is driving me crazy since the first day of installing win 7 system. I get heavy laggs when I am scrolling in ANY browser or some little lags are also present in my folders as well. It's seems like there is no gpu acceleration (my hardware acceleration options is grayed out in troubleshooting tab) when my cpu peaks at 100% on flash content heavy sites on such a simple thing as scrolling (all HW acceleration in flash is turned off). NO driver I already tried official or modded solved this problem for me. I know I have only single core ancient cpu but games are working properly like in win xp the only problem is such a simple task as smooth scrolling. If anybody else had this problem and found the solution let me know. I'm so desperate I will pay you. xD

Hmm, what browser are you using?
Did you try using the GPU Flash Acceleration with Firefox?
Did you Try using Google Chrome as an alternate option?
Does your Computer use Hyper V?

You're, welcome. Another Experimental build will be released later today. However unlike the previous experimental build. This one can be viewed as
the latest. (Applies to all Users)

The last version which can be installed through the inf-files, instead of through AMD Setup - is a version Catalyst 12.11 Modded Driver For Legacy GPU 10.6 v11.6?

It does not works, at the end of the installation it says there were some warnings during installation. At the end of the xml file generated by the program says: "Driver installation: the installation failed" (same bug than I had in legacy 13.1 and 13.4). I tried to install the 13.9 version, and no warnings with it, but the pc still keep using the wddm driver. Any driver in the internet works, does somebody knows what should I do to install properly a driver in windows 8.1?

Hmm, Did you use both Cleaners included in the Dx9 Switcher Folder?
